Özet
az Tez çalışmasının ilk bölümünde Kaynak Planlama Sistemlerinin tarihsel gelişimleri ele alınarak genel tanımlamaları ve özellikleri incelenmiştir. Kurumsal Kaynak Planlamasına (ERP) gelindiğinde bunun MRPII sistemleri ile teknolojik karşılaştırılması yapılmış, bu sistemin fonksiyonel özellikleri ve elemanları üzerinde durulmuştur. ikinci bölümde ERP sistemlerinin uygulamaya geçiş çalışmalarına yer verilmiş ve uygulamalardaki kritik basan faktörleri makro ve mikro getiriler başlığı altında incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca sistemin işletme hedeflerine uygunluk kriterleri incelenmiştir. Son olarak üçüncü bölümde araştırmaya yer verilmiştir. Araştırmada amaç ERP kullanıcısı işletmelerin kullanmış oldukları ERP sistemlerini fonksiyonel açıdan ve işletme hedeflerine uygunlık açısından değerlendirmektir. ERP kullanıcısı işletmelere 24 sorudan oluşan anket sunulmuş ve bulgular iki ayrı ana başlıkta incelenmiştir. Bunlar, işletme profilleri ve sistemin performans ölçümüdür. ııı

ABSTRACT In the first section of this thesis the general definitions and specifications of Resource Planning is investigated by considering its historical developments. After that a technical comparasion is made between ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MRPII Systems, the functional specifications and the elements of the ERP System is researched. In the second section is mentioned the application of the ERP Systems and the critical success factors of this application is investigated under the macro and micro headlines. Additionally, it is investigated the suitability of this system is in investigated to the target of the company. In the last section the researchmenttakes place. The goal in this researchment is to see the companies using the ERP Systems according to the function of the system and suitability to the company targets. A questionaire including 24 questions is prepared and sent to these companies to answer these questions. After that, the answers are investigated under two different headlines. These headlines are; the profiles of enterprise and the performance of the systems. IV
