Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında, işletmelerin çevreye karşı duyarlılığı ve şamanizm kavramları incelenmiş, örnek bölge olarak belirlenen Rusya Federasyonu Buryat Özerk Cumhuriyetinde sürdürülebilir kalkınma çerçevesinde şamanizm inancının etkileri ele alınmış; ayrıca bölge samanlarının ve bölge halkının konuya yaklaşım tarzlarına ilişkin nitel bir alan araştırması yapılmıştır. Bu tez çalışması, dört ana bölümden meydana gelmiştir. Birinci bölümde, genel olarak tez çalışmanın ana hatlarından, ikinci bölümde işletme ve çevre etkileşimi çerçevesinde işletmelerin sosyal sorumlulukları, etkileşenler teorisi (stakeholders theory) ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma ile ilgili tanım ve kavramlardan, üçüncü bölümde şamanizm kavramından, dördüncü bölümde ise Buryat Cumhuriyetinde yaşayan halkın ve samanların görüşleri alınmış ve konuya ilişkin yaklaşımları yerinde gözlemlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, samanların ve bölge halkının sürdürülebilir kalkınma konusuna yapıcı ve çevreyi koruyucu yaklaşımları tespit edilmiştir. Bu çerçevede, çeşitli bilimsel araştırma verileri ve uzun yıllar süren çalışmalar sonucu ortaya konan sürdürülebilir kalkınma kavramına şaman felsefesinin büyük bir uyarlık gösterdiği sonucuna varılmıştır.Anahtar Sözcükler Etkileşenler Teorisi, İşletmelerin Sosyal Sorumlulukan, Temel Çevre Sorunları, Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma, Şamanizm, Şaman, Buryat Cumhuriyeti, Baykal Gölü.

In this study the sensivity toward the enviroment of businesses and Shamanism are investigated; and in the Buryat Autonomous Republic of Russian Federation determined as a exemplary region, effects of the religion of Shamanism in the context of sustainable development are researched. In addition to a qualitative area research related the approach styles of shamans and public to subject matter in that region was fulfilled. This study consists of four main chapters. In the first chapter generally the main lines of thesis; in the second chapter definitions and concepts related social responsibilities, stakeholders theory and sustainable development of businesses in the context of interactions between business and the environment; in the third chapter the concept of Shamanism; in the fourth chapter the opinions and approaches on the subject matter of the general public and shamans living in The Buryat Republic are searched. In the final of research the constructive approaches toward subject of sustainable development and protective approaches to environment of Shamans and public of that region are described. In that context it is asserted that the Shaman of philosophy largely be sensivity to the data of various scientific researches and the concept sustainable development alleged in the conclusion of studies in years.
