Özet
Bu çalısmadaki esas amaç, Co(PPh 3 ) 2 Cl2 ve Ni(PPh3)2Cl2 metal komplekslerinin fiziksel, yapısal, elekriksel ve termal özelliklerinin arastırılmasıdır. XRD analizleri yardımıyla malzemelerin kristal yapısı, SEM analizi yardımıyla malzemelerin tanecikli yapısı hakkında bilgi elde edildi. letkenligin sıcaklıga baglı olarak degisimi sonucunda malzemelerin belirli sıcaklıktan sonra yarıiletken bir yapı gösterdigi saptandı. Termal Gravimetri (TG) ölçümleri alınarak sıcaklıga baglı kütle kayıplarının hangi sıcaklık aralıgında oldugu bulundu. Ayrıca malzemelerin termal iletkenligi, ısı kapasitesi ve termal difüziviteleri DSC aracılıgı ile elde edildi.

The main purpose of this work is to investigate the physical, structural, electrical and thermal properties of Co(PPh 3 ) 2 Cl 2 ve Ni(PPh 3 ) 2 Cl 2 metal complexes. The crystal structures and the grain structures of samples have been obtained by XRD analysis and SEM analysis. By the virtue of the electrical conductivity the semiconducting behaviour of the samples have been found above the definite temperature. The mass losses depending on the temperature were analysed by taking Thermal Gravimeter (TG) measurements. In addition, thermal conductivity, spesific heat capacity and thermal diffusivity of materials were determined by DSC.
