ÖZETAktaş, Hansa, Comenıus Programlarında İnsan Hakları EğitimiAlanında Yapılmış On Projenin İncelenmesi ve Türkiye için Bir ProjeÖnerisi Taslağı, Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Danışmanı: Prof. Dr. F. DilekGözütok, X-125 s.Bu çalışmada Avrupa Birliği Eğitim ve Gençlik Programlarıkapsamında bulunan Sokrates'in alt programlarından Comeniusalanında yapılmış ``insan hakları eğitimi'' ile ilgili projelerin incelenmesive inceleme sonunda Türkiye için bir proje önerisi hazırlanmasıamaçlanmıştır.Belgesel tarama yöntemi ile yapılan araştırmanın evrenini veörneklemini 2005 yılı itibariyle tamamlanmış on proje oluşturmuştur. Onprojenin her biri; amaçlar, hangi ülkelerle, hangi tarihler arasında, ne türçalışmalar yürütüldüğü ve ortaya çıkan ürünler yönünden incelenmiştir.Avrupa Birliği Eğitim ve Gençlik Programları'nın veri tabanında,Comenius programları alanında ``insan hakları'' anahtar kelimesi ileyapılan sorgu sonucu on proje çıkmıştır. On projenin özet bilgileri veweb adreslerinden yararlanılmış ayrıca proje sorumlusu kişilerin e-posta adresleri üzerinden iletişime geçilerek ilgili dokümanlaraulaşılmıştır.On proje: insan hakları eğitimi ile ilgili ders programı ve hizmet içieğitim programı hazırlama, eğitim öğretime yönelik teknik bilgi veyöntemsel yardımlar sağlama, yeni öğretim yöntemleri, dersmateryalleri ve öğretim modülleri geliştirme gibi ürünler ortayaçıkarmıştır. Yapılan inceleme sonunda Türkiye için Comenius 2.1alanında ``Küresel boyutlu insan hakları eğitiminde sinema filmleri vekitaplar'' adlı bir proje önerisi geliştirilmiştir.

Dilek Gözütok,X-125 p.In this study it was aimed to analyze the projects on ?humanrights education? within the Comenius which is a sub program of theEuropean Union Education and Youth Programs-Socrates and thereforeto make a project draft proposal for Turkey.The population and sampling of the survey method research wereten projects which were finished before 2005. Each of the ten projectshave been thoroughly analyzed to recognize the aims, the countries,the dates, the kinds of the researches and the results.In the European Union Education and Youth Programs data base,there were ten projects based on the key wording ?human rights? underthe Comenius program. Alongside this, the summaries of these tenprojects and the websites were referred and the support of projectcoordinators was helped via e-mail to access the related documents.Ten projects have enabled followings; to prepare curriculum andin-service training program which is related to human rights education;providing technical knowledge and methodological aid and enhancingteaching modules. After research process, the project draft proposal,`Cinema films and books for the education of human rights on globaldimension? has been created uner the Comenius 2.1 for Turkey.
