Özet

Bu çalısmada Ankara ili Egitim Uygulama Okulu ve s Egitim Merkezlerinde çalısan ögretmenlerin is doyum düzeyleri mezun olunan okul, cinsiyet, brans, deneyim ve medeni durum olmak üzere bes degiskene göre incelenmistir. Arastırmada veri toplama aracı olarak ?Minnesota s Doyumu Ölçegi? (MSQ) kullanılmıstır. Besli derecelemeye göre düzenlenen ölçek, 50 maddeden ve 6 alt boyuttan olusmaktadır. Anketin alt boyutları çalısma kosulları, çalısma arkadasları, ise karsı duyarlılık, yönetim-denetim, ücret ve genel is doyumudur. Bu çalısmada 2005-2006 egitim ögretim yılında Ankara ili Büyüksehir Belediye sınırları içinde bulunan 13 Egitim Uygulama Okulu ve s Egitim Merkezinde görev yapan 154 ögretmenin tamamına ulasılmak istenmis, ancak anketlerin dönüsü 106 ögretmenden olmustur. Yapılan istatistiksel analizler sonucunda su bulgular elde edilmistir. 1. Ankara ili Egitim Uygulama Okulu ve s Egitim Merkezlerinde çalısan ögretmenlerin is doyum düzeyleri faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre orta ve ortanın altında bulunmustur. iv 2. Ögretmenlerin brans, cinsiyet, egitim durumu, mesleki deneyim ve medeni duruma göre is doyum düzeylerini etkileyen etmenler arasında önemli farklılıklar bulunmamıstır. Arastırmada elde edilen bulgulara dayalı olarak egitim yöneticilerine, ögretmen yetistiren kurumlara ve arastırmacılara önerilerde bulunulmustur.

In this study the job satisfaction levels of the teachers who have worked Education Practice School and Work Education Centers in Ankara city, have been investigated according to five variations which are graduated schools, sex, fields, experience and marital status. ?The Job Satisfaction Scale? (MSQ) has been used in this study as the data collection instrument, the scale that has been arranged as the five some rating has been formed with 50 items and six lower dimensions which are consist of work condition, work friend, sensibility for the job, management-administration, wage and common job satisfaction. In this study, whole 154 teachers who have worked at 13 Education Practice School and Work Education Centers in the border of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality in the academic year of 2005-2006 have been wanted to reach but inquiries have been turned back from 106 teachers. Following finding have been reached as the result of statistical analysis. vi Job satisfaction levels of the teachers who have worked Education Practice School and Work Education Centers in Ankara city, have been found middle level and lower middle level respecting factor analysis results. There are not important differences between the job satisfactions levels of the teachers according to their fields, sex, educational status, experience and marital status. Some suggestions have been given at the and according to the findings reached by the study for educational administrators, teacher education institutions and for the researchers.
