Özet
The origins of the christian fundamentalism in The United States are found in the nineteenth-century. In the first quarter of the twentieth-century, the movement took its concrete form. The social base of fundamentalism was strengthened by forming fundamentalist schools, churches, universities, hospitals and media (televisions, magazines, radio programmes...). When the fundamentalist movement had enough power, it didn't hesitate to enter the political arena. This study that focuses on the Protestant fundamentalism in the United States analyzes the fundamentalist beliefs, doctrines and also the historical background of fundamentalism in the United States. Moreover, it examines the arguments of the fundamentalists in America about family, gender, politics and the members of other religions. One of the most distinguishing feature of fundamentalists in America is their approach toward Jews. They support Israil without any provision and take the position against muslims.

We live in a global society in which technology and knowledge dominate the economy. Possessing knowledge, in the rapidly changing technology has become an extremely important element for both organizations and individuals success. Renewing knowledge continuously has a crucial importance in keeping pace with the rapidly changing world. In the presence of these developments, the employees need to renow themselves and be engaged in self-directed life-time learning. The companies want to have sustainable competitive advantage in the global business environment by training their employees, giving them opportunities to develop themselves and using employees tacit knowledge.In this study, ?E-Learning? model which involves the advantages of both traditional education and distance learning is proposed to the companies and the employees to attain the mentioned targets. E-Learning model together with a case study are covered in detail. In conclusion, some practical suggestions and strategies about the application process of a E-Learning project are presented.
