Özet

?Post? olan tüm biçimlerin ayrılığı üzerinden işleyen yeni dünya düzeni, farklılık üzerinden küresel ve anonim olanı yeniden üretiyor. ?Meta? anlatıları kırmaya dönük tüm ?post? girişimler, yeni bir ?meta? anlatı inşa ediyor. Dolayısıyla modern dönemde olduğu gibi, postmodern dönemin özgürlük algısı da, özgürlük karşıtlığı üzerinden işliyor. Bilincin toplumsal alandan koparılması ve kişiliğe bütünlük atfedilmesi, bir yandan egemen özgürlük algısının işlerliğini diğer yandan bireylerin yönlendirilebilirliğini arttırıyor. Bireysel vaatler, bireysel düzlemdeki çıkar ilişkileri ve bireysel iyi niyet gösterileri üzerinden işleyen toplumsal alan, bireysel sözleşmeler, ödüllenmeler ve motivasyon yapıları üzerinden işleyen ekonomik alanla paralel ilerliyor. [Post]modern olanın, [Post]fordist olanın meşrulaştırılmasında yüklendiği rol, kültürel alanı ekonomik alanın istemleri doğrultusunda şekillendiriyor; deneyimin değer yitimi ya da geleceğe dönük kaygılar, `şimdi'ye yüklenen iktidar vasıtasıyla eritiliyor. ?Post? dönemde tüm ?parça?lara anlam veren modern standart bilinç yapısı, modernizmin motiflerini yeni bir kültür inşası marifetiyle yeniden üretiyor. Rekabet halindeki üretim faktörlerinin ve esnek emek piyasasının üzerinde yükselen küresel-yerel ya da ulusüstü-ulusaltı birlikteliği, bir yandan ulusal çerçeveleri aşındırırken diğer yandan yeni çerçeveler inşa ediyor. Yerel aidiyetler üzerinden işleyen bu yeni küresel çerçeve, bir yandan etnik ya da mezhepsel birliktelikleri rekabetin ana aktörleri haline getirirken diğer yandan tüm aidiyetleri iktisadi yasaların belirlenimine bağımlı kılıyor, eşitliyor; parçalayarak bütünleştiriyor. Bu bütünlük içerisinde Postfordist ekonomi, tüketime ya da yeni üretim ilişkilerine yüklediği özgürlük nosyonu marifetiyle, insan yaşamının her ayrıntısına nüfuz ediyor. Üretimin ve dolayısıyla tüketimin, ihtiyaçlarla ilişkisinin koptuğu bu yeni dönemde, eylem kendisini amaç ediniyor, kendisine dönüyor. Üretim sadece üretim için, tüketim de sadece tüketim için yapılır hale geliyor. ?Meta?nın bu dönüşümü, bu dönüşüme eşlik edecek sosyo-kültürel yapıyı ve dolayısıyla bilinç yapısını gerektirdiğinden, yeni, Postfordist ekonomi, üretimini çoğunlukla toplumsal ve kültürel alanda gerçekleştiriyor. Özet (Çeviri)

The new order of the world which is processing on the variety of each form which is the ?Post? is regenerating the thing that is a global and anonymous on the variety. Each ?post? attempts which is intended to vary the ?Commodity? narratives, consturcts the new ?commodity? narratives. Consequently also liberty perception of the postmodern time is processing from the opposition of liberty as is the case at the modern times. To consciouesness is isolated from the social field and to ascribed the totality to indivudualityis increasing the operationing of dominant perception freedom and on the other hand orientable of the individuals. Individual promises, the privities of individuals and the society field that is operationing on the shows which is a good will, is processing with economic field which is operationing on the individual contracts, rewards and structures of motivation as a parallel. The role that is undertaking of the thing which is a ?Post? modern while legitimization to the thing which is a Postfordist, shaping the cultural field on the direction of the demands of the economic fields; the losing of the value of experience or the anxiety toward the future is dissolved by means of undertaking power to ?now?. In the time of the ?Post?, modern standart structure of conscious which is interpretation to each pieces reproductioning the motifs of the modernizm by the construction of a new cultur. The unity of global-local and/or overnation-undernation which is increasing on the factors of production which is in the situation of competition and the flexible work market, is dissolving the national area and then constructioning the new orders. This new global view which is operationing on the local belongings is making the main actors of the competition the unities that is a sectualitive on the other to all belongings is render a dependent to, an equal and a integrate with the determination of the economic law. In this whole, Postfordist economy is penetrating to all details of human life. In this new time when the relationship finished between the production and/or consequently consumption and necessities, the action is taking itself as a goal and returning itself. Production is rendering to make for only the product and consumption is rendering to make for only consumption. Because of this transformation of ?commodity? is required the structure of socio-cultural and consequently structure of consciousness, new, Postfordist economy is usually realizationing its production in the social and cultural field.
