Özet
Bu çalısmada 6-amino-1,3-dimetil urasil ile, nitrozil sülfürik asit içinde diazolanan çesitli heterosiklik aminlerin kenetlenmesinden hetarilazo boyarmaddeleri sentezlendi. Bilesiklerin yapıları spektrofotometrik yöntemlerle ve element analizi ile aydınlatıldı. Boyarmaddelerin görünür bölge absorpsiyon spektrumları çesitli çözücüler içinde incelendi. Ayrıca, absorpsiyon spektrumları üzerine sübstitüent ve asit-baz etkisi de incelendi.

In this study, heteraylazo dyes have been prepared by diazotization of various heterocyclic amins in nitrosylsulphuric acid and coupling with 6-amino-1,3-dimethyluracil. The structure of compounds have been evaluated by spectrophotometric methods and elemental analysis. The UV-vis absorption spectra of the dyes were investigatied in various solvents. In addition the substituent and solvent acid-base effects on the absorption spectra of the dyes were examined.
