Özet

Bu araştırma, Gazi Üniversitesi, Gazi Eğitim Fakültesi, Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü, Resim-İş Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı Öğrencilerinin kaygılarının olup olmadığını, varsa hangi düzeyde olduğunu belirlemek amacıyla yapılan bir çalışmadır. Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü, Resim-İş Eğitimi ABD' da, 2006 - 2007 Eğitim Öğretim yılı bahar döneminde derslerine devam eden; 1. , 2. , 3. , ve 4. sınıf öğrencilerinden toplam 120 kişiye; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Durumluk Kaygı, Sürekli Kaygı ve Benlik Saygı Ölçeklerinden oluşan anket uygulanmış ve sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir.Yapılan araştırmada elde edilen bulgular sonucunda, araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin akademik başarıları ile Sürekli Kaygı ve Benlik Saygıları arasında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur ( p 0.05).

Title of Thesis: A case study aiming at determining the anxiety levels of the students of Gazi University, The Education Faculty, Department of Fine Arts, Department of Art Teaching.This study is aimed at determining the anxieties accompanying employment seeking of the students of Gazi University, the Education Faculty, the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Art Teaching following their graduation. In this framework, a questionnaire regarding personal inventory form, state ? trait anxiety and self esteem tests is applied to 120 students and the results are evaluated. The sample is composed of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade students who attended the classes during the spring semester of 2006-2007 education-teaching year at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Art Teaching.The concluding findings of the results of the research indicate significant differences between the academic successes of the students, and their trait anxiety and self esteem (p< 0.05). As a result of this, it is observed that the trait anxiety of the academically successful students is less than the low or average ones. Besides, it is also observed that self esteem of the successful students is higher than the low or average ones. For the other variables, there is no significant difference for state anxiety, trait anxiety and self esteem levels (p> 0.05).
