Özet
1980'den beri dünya ekonomisinin, politikasının, kültürünün çok boyutlu birlesimi çevre ve saglık dinamiklerini degistirmistir. Çocuklar zamanlarının çogunu konutta ve okul öncesi egitim kurumlarında geçirdiklerinden bu yapılardan kaynaklanan hastalıklardan yetiskinlere göre daha çok etkilenirler. Çagımızın teknolojik gelismelerine baglı olarak çocukların yapılarda karsılastıkları saglık riskleri degismistir. Tez çalısmasının amacı, yapı fiziksel iç çevrenin çocuk saglıgı üzerine etkilerini ortaya koyabilmektir. Çalısma dört ana bölümden olusmaktadır. Giris bölümünde, sürdürülebilir çevre için çocuk saglıgı ve çevrenin önemi anlatılmıstır. Tezin ikinci bölümünde, yapıların fiziksel iç çevre özellikleri incelenmistir. Tezin üçüncü bölümünde, çocukların yetiskinlere göre daha hassas olma nedenleri arastırılmıstır. Çocukların fizyolojik, psikolojik ve sosyolojik farklılıkları incelenmistir. Dördüncü bölümde, konut ve okul öncesi egitim kurumlarında fiziksel iç çevrenin çocuk saglıgı üzerine etkileri arastırılmıstır. Çocuk saglıgı risk degerlendirme modeli önerilmistir.

Since 1980, the multidimensional combination of the world?s economy, politics and culture has changed the dynamics of the environment and the health. Mostly, children waste their time at home and pre-school education institutes in comparison to adults. Thus, they were more affected by the disease sourced from this building. The health risks which children come face to face, alter depend on the technological development. The aim of this study of thesis is, to expose the negative effects of the diseases which are the results of physical features of indoor environment of house and pre-school education institutes on the children?s health. The study consists of four main sections. In the introductory section, importance of children?s health and environment for sustainable environment is desciribed. In the second section, the physical features of indoor environment of building are searched. In the third section, the reasons of the more sensitivity of the children according to the adults is searched. Children?s physical, psychological and social differences is explained. In the fourth section, The effects of physical features of indoor environment of house and pre-school education institutes on the health of children are investigated and the causes of the diseases on the children are examined. The model of child health risk assessment is proposed.
