Özet

Bu çalışmada, bölümümüz laboratuarında 4-(4-metilbenzoil)-5-(4-metilfenil)-furan-2,3-dion (3) bileşiğinin asetofenontiyosemikarbazon ile reaksiyonu gerçekleştirilmiş ve bu reaksiyon sonucu oluşan 1-(fenilmetilmetilenamino)-5-(4-metilbenzoil)-4-(4-metilfenil)-1H-pirimidin-2-tiyon bileşiğinin hidrolizi yapılarak, 1-amino-5-(4-metilbenzoil)-4-(4-metilfenil)-1H-pirimidin-2-tiyon (N) bileşiği sentezlenmiştir. 1-Amino-5-(4-metilbenzoil)-4-(4-metilfenil)-1H-pirimidin-2-tiyon (N) bileşiğinin; fenilizotiyosiyanat, p-metoksifenilizotiyosiyanat, p-metilfenilizotiyosiyanat, fenilizosiyanat, etilizotiyosiyanat, 3,4-diklorofenilizotiyosiyanat, 1-naftilizotiyosiyanat ile reaksiyonları gerçekleştirilerek literatüre yeni bileşiklerin kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır.Bu araştırma birçok yeni bileşiklerin senteziyle sonuçlanmıştır. Elde edilen (N) bileşiğinin çeşitli izosiyanat ve izotiyosiyanat bileşikleri ile reaksiyonları yapılarak sırasıyla; (NA-1), (NA-2), (NA-3), (NA-4), (NA-5), (NA-6), (NA-7) bileşikleri elde edilmiştir.Sentez edilen bileşiklerin yapıları elementel analiz sonuçları, IR, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR spektroskopisi yardımıyla belirlendi ve sonuçlar preperatif organik kimya açısından tartışıldı.

In this study, 1-(phenylmethylmethylenamino)-5-(4-methylbenzoyl)-4-(4-methylphenyl)-1H- pyrimidine-2-thione was obtained from the reaction of 4-(4-methylbenzoyl)-5-(4-methylphenyl)-2,3-furandione (3) with acetophenonthiosemicarbazone. Hydrolysis of 1-(phenylmethylmethylenamino)-5-(4-methylbenzoyl)-4-(4-methylphenyl)-1H-pyrimidine -2-thione led to the 1-amino-5-(4- methylbenzoyl)-4-(4- methylphenyl)-1H-pyrimidine-2-thione (N). The reactions of 1-amino-5-(4-methylbenzoyl)-4-(4-methylphenyl)-1H-pyrimidine-2-thione (N) with phenylisothiocyanate, p-methoxyphenyisothiocyanate,p-methylphenyisothiocyanate, phenylisocyanate, 3,4-dichlorophenylisothiocyanate, 1-napthylisothiocyanate, ethylisothiocyanate were investigated.The investigation resulted in the synthesis of new seven compounds. These compounds (NA-1), (NA-2), (NA-3), (NA-4), (NA-5), (NA-6), (NA-7) were obtained from the reactions of various isocyanate and isothiocyanates with 1-amino-5-(4- methylbenzoyl)-4-(4- methylphenyl)-1H-pyrimidine-2-thion (N).The structure of synthesized new compounds were determined by being interpreted the elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra and the results of the reactions were discussed according to the reaction conditions and the properties the reactants.
