Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı; ülkemizde sporun en önemli sorunlarından birisi olan çağdaş spor bilincinin oluşması konusunda spor yöneticilerinin görüşlerini tespit etmektir.Araştırmada, hâlihazırdaki bir durumu ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlayan, betimsel modellerden özaktarım araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Özaktarım araştırması katılımcılara uygulanan anket aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu GSGM, Özerk Federasyonlar, TFF, Spor Kulüpleri, Belediye Tesisleri, TMOK, TASKK, ASKF ve TMPK vb. gibi kuruluşlarda görevli spor yöneticileri oluşturmuştur. Bu kuruluşlarda görev yapan 227 katılımcıya anket uygulanmıştır. Anketlerden elde edilen veriler SPSS 17 istatistik paket programında analiz edilmiştir. Anket verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde frekans ve yüzde dağılımları kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca çeşitli değişkenlere göre spor yöneticilerinin görüşlerinde anlamlı farklılıklar aramak için tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. Bulunan anlamlı farklılıkların karşılaştırılması için Tukey HSD çoklu karşılaştırma testi ve grup dağılımlarının homojen olmadığı durumlarda Games-Howell Karşılaştırma testi kullanılmıştır.Araştırma sonunda; ülkemizde çağdaş spor bilincinin oluşmadığı görüşü ortaya çıkmıştır. Çağdaş spor bilincinin oluşturulamamasındaki temel sebep, bu yöndeki çabaların kurumsal boyutlarda yapılamaması olarak belirlenmiş ve çağdaş spor bilincinin oluşturulması için spor altyapısının, spor eğitiminin ve spor mevzuatının, bu amaca uygun olarak yeniden düzenlenmesi gerekliliği vurgulanmıştır.

The purpose of this study is to determine the visions of sporting managers regarding formation of consciousness of contemporary sports that is one of the most important issues in our country.In the study, self-transfer investigation method from descriptive models has been used in order to reveal present state. Self-transfer investigation has been carried out through survey that has been applied to participators.Sporting managers who are official in organizations such as Directorate - General of Industrial Works, self-directed federations, Football Federation of Turkey, National Olympiad Committee of Turkey, sports clubs, sporting complexes of municipal, Amateur Sports Clubs Confederation of Turkey, Amateur Sports Clubs Federation, National Paralympic Committee of Turkey, have constituted study group of investigation. The survey has been applied to 227 participators who are official in these organizations. The datum which have been acquired from surveys have been analyzed in statistical packaged software of Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences. In the evaluation of datum of survey, frequency division and percentage distributions have been used. In addition, unilateral analysis of variance has been used in order to search significant differences in the visions of sporting managers according to variables. For comparison of significant differences test of Tukey HSD multiplex comparison has been used. In case those distributions of groups are not homogeneous, test of Games Howell comparison.At the end of investigation, the vision that consciousness of contemporary sports has not been developed in our country has come in view. The main reason of this situation has been determined as struggles in respect to this cannot be in corporate extent. For developing consciousness of contemporary sports it has been emphasized that youth setup of sports, education of sports and rules of sports must have been reorganized according to the this purpose.
