Özet
Dünyada sanayi, tarım ve hizmet sektörlerinde yaşanmakta olan hızlı değişim, hizmet sektörü içerisinde yer alan turizm sektörünü de etkilemektedir. Turizm sektöründe meydana gelen bu değişim ve etkileşim beraberinde alternatif turizm çeşitlerini gündeme getirmiştir. Alternatif turizm çeşitlerinin gündeme gelmesiyle birlikte turizm sadece yaz aylarında yapılan bir faaliyet olmaktan çıkmış ve yılın on iki ayına yayılmıştır. Tüm bu değişim ve etkileşim içerisinde ön plana çıkan alternatif turizm çeşitlerinden biri de ekoturizm olmuştur.Ekoturizm; eğlenmeyi, doğayı ve kültürel kaynakları anlayarak korumayı destekleyen, düşük ziyaretçi etkisi olan ve yerel halka sosyo-ekonomik fayda sağlayan, bozulmamış doğal alanlara, çevresel açıdan sorumlu seyahat ve ziyaretlerdir. Doğal kaynakların korunması yanında yöre insanına ekonomik fayda sağlamayı amaçlamasıyla da diğer turizm türlerinden ayrılmaktadır. Sahip olduğu doğal çekim kaynaklarının zenginliği ile ülkemiz bu anlamda büyük bir potansiyele sahiptir.Bu araştırmanın amacı; Kırklareli ilinde İğneada ve çevresinin ekoturizm açısından taşıdığı potansiyeli ortaya koymak, bu mevcut potansiyelin faaliyete geçirilmesini sağlayarak bölgedeki kırsal alanların kalkınmasında destekleyici bir unsur olarak ekoturizm potansiyelinin ele alınmasını sağlamaktır.Araştırma kapsamında yapılan anketlerin sonuçlarına göre, bölgeye gelen ziyaretçilerin tamamına yakını sadece denize girmek için İğneada'yı tercih etmekte ve bölgenin sahip olduğu ekoturizm olanakları hakkında fazla bilgiye sahip değillerdir. Bu sebeple İğneada ve çevresinin sahip olduğu doğal çekim kaynaklarının ekoturizm planlaması yapıldıktan ve gerekli altyapı çalışmaları tamamlandıktan sonra tanıtımının yapılması gerekmektedir. Bu sayede turist sayısı artacak ve buna bağlı olarak bölgeye ekonomik hareketlilik gelmesi sağlanacaktır. İğneada ve çevresinde yapılacak olan ekoturizm faaliyetleri sayesinde yöre halkına yeni istihdam alanları açılacak, ekonomik refah seviyesi yükselecek, bölgenin tanıtımı, aynı zamanda da doğal kaynakların korunması ve sürdürebilirliği sağlanacaktır. Ayrıca uygun ekoturizm etkinliklerinin belirlenmesi ve bunların gerçekleştirilebileceği alanların saptanması ile turizm işletmeleri, yöre halkı ve kamu yöneticilerinin ortaklaşa belirleyecekleri turistik ürünler ve hizmetler için altyapı oluşturulacaktır. Bu sayede de köylünün üretmiş olduğu ürünler değer kazanacaktır. Buna bağlı olarak köylerde üretim artacak ve ürün kalitesi yükselecektir. Ürün kalitesinin artması ile bölgeye gelen ziyaretçilerin memnuniyet düzeyleri de yükselecektir. Araştırmanın bir diğer önemli unsurunu da İğneada ve çevresine gelen ziyaretçilere uygulanan anket oluşturmaktadır. Ankette ziyaretçilerin geliş nedenleri, kalma süreleri boyunca talep ettikleri ve görmek istedikleri turistik hizmetler ve ürünler belirlenmiştir. Günümüzde mevcut olan haliyle İğneada ve çevresindeki turistik destinasyonun daha iyi bir turistik çekim merkezi haline nasıl getirilebileceği ve şuan turistik çekim merkezinde mevcut olmayan ancak ziyaretçiler tarafından talepte bulunulan turistik hizmetleri ve ürünleri (hediyelik eşya, yöresel yemek kültürü, el sanatları gibi) geliştirerek bu potansiyelin nasıl ortaya çıkarılabileceği konusunda öneriler getirilmiştir. Bunun sonucunda da bu yapılacak olan çalışmaların yöre halkına ekonomik anlamda ne gibi katkılarının olacağını, dolayısıyla kırsal kalkınmaya da etkilerinin neler olabileceği üzerinde durulmuştur.

The world of industry, agriculture and service sectors of the rapid changes taking place, in the service sector also affect the tourism sector. Interaction occurring in the tourism sector along with this change and alternative types of tourism has brought. Alternative types of tourism with the arrival of the agenda not only in the summer of tourism activity have ceased to be a twelve month of the year and spread. All of these changes and interaction in eco-tourism has been at the forefront of the alternative types of tourism.Ecotourism, excitement, understanding the nature and protection of cultural resources that support, low socio-economic benefits to local people and visitors to have an impact, pristine natural areas, and visits from environmentally responsible travel. Besides the protection of natural resources to provide economic benefit to local people, tourism and other types are divided into. Its natural and cultural richness of different cultures, beliefs and history of our country where the wealth is a great potential in this regard.Purpose of this study is demonstrate its potential for ecotourism and the environment Igneada, in the province of Kırklareli, providing that the existing potential to be active in the region as a factor supporting the development of eco-tourism potential of rural areas is to be addressed.According to the results of surveys on the study, almost all of the visitors from the region just to the sea and the area has been chosen to enter the İğneada have more information about eco-tourism facilities are not. For this reason, its natural values in the vicinity of İğneada ecotourism planning is done and after the introduction of the necessary infrastructure work to be done. In this way, the area of economic mobility more tourists come to the region will be withdrawn. Local people through ecotourism activities to be held in and around İğneada new employment areas will be opened, will increase the level of economic prosperity in the region will be provided presentation and natural resource protection and sustainability will be ensured at the same time. In addition, determination of appropriate eco-tourism activities and tourism businesses to determine their areas carried out, jointly determined by the local people and public administrators will create the infrastructure for tourism products. Value products will be produced in this way, villagers. Accordingly, the villages will increase production and increase product quality. Satisfaction levels of visitors from the region will increase with the increase in product quality.
