Özet

Çalışma, hemodiyaliz hastalarında sosyo-demografik ve hastalığa ilişkin değişkenlerin diyete uyum ve hastalıkları hakkında bilgi sahibi olma durumlarına ve diyete uyum, sigara içme ve beden kitle indeksi değişkenlerinin bazı kan parametrelerine etkisinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırma; özel bir diyaliz merkezinde 80 hemodiyaliz hastasında tanıtıcı bilgi formu uygulanarak ve 1.ay, 6.ay, 12.ay kan değerleri alınarak yapıldı. İstatistiksel analizde; ki-kare testi, t-testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi kullanıldı. Hastaların %37,50 `sinin 18-44 yaş grubunda, %65' inin erkek, %52,50'sinin ilköğretim mezunu, %50' sinin normal kiloda olduğu, %77,5' unun diyete uymadığı, %71,2' sinin hastalıkları ile ilgili yeterli miktarda bilgiye sahip olduğunu düşündüğü saptandı. SOME BIOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS IN THE BLOOD DIET ADAPTATION OF PATIENTS WITH HEMODIALYSIS COMPARISONThe aim of the study was designed to investigate the effect of some blood parameters, hemodialysis patients to comply with their diet and knowledge about diseases, conditions, compliance with diet, smoking, and body mass index,according to socio-demographic and disease-related variables. Research, a private dialysis center, 80 hemodialysis patients, the first, sixth, and twelfth months of blood values was recorded in identifying data form. For statistical analysis, the chi-square test, t-test and one-way variance analysis was used. Among these patients, 37,50%, is taken with the age group of 18-44, 65% were male, 52,50% primary school graduates, 50% of that of normal weight, 77.5% of the paint does not comply with the diet, 71,2 % thought to be related to the disease determined with sufficient amount of knowledge. Once a month, the diet of the patients studied, 88.5% per cent does not comply with the diet and 87.5% of patients with a high school education per cent were found to be sufficient amount of information about the disease.
