2013, 119 page The aim of study is to investigate whether there is a significent differentation between the process of learning-teaching based on the programme in current and that of supported by the case study method of respect value based on the rights and freedoms which should be given directly to the students in the section titled ?Demokrasi Serüveni? on the course book of Humanities of 6th class. The study carried out according to pre test-post test control grouped design of experimental model was carried on total 44 students,21 of them for experimental group and 23 of them in control group attending to the sixth grade classroom of İbrahim Hakkı Secondary School in 2012-2013 academic year. Application duration of this study where experimental method was used was determined as total 12 hours for three weeks with the aim of quantitative data collection,the research took into consideration the stages of survery development,and prepared the respect for rights and freedoms survery form.In the result of pilot application carried out,coefficiency of Cronbach Alpha was found as 0.894.In the result of reliabity analysis,35 articles whose scores are low were remowed from 60 articles so that it would provide content and structure currency,and it was changed into 25 articled-survey.During Research Process,particularly,pre-test was applied to experimental and control group,and in addition to this the lesson was applied to to the control group by means of sampling case study method. At the and of the application, post-test was applied to both experiment and control group,and it was investigated whether there was significant differentation in acquaring respect value for the rights and freedoms of case study method,and whether there was significant distinction between sex,number of siblings, training situation of parents,occupation of the parents as regards variables in experimental group. SPSS 18.00 statical packet programme,Mann Whithney U-test,Wilcoxson-test and Cruscall Wallis-test were used in the study,and in the result of the analysis,we found out that there was significant distinction teaching and learning application supported by case study method acquaring respect for the rights and freedoms of the students at the level of p
