This project presents an equity portfolio investment which is done with the application of theoretical studies from the lectures. Initial money is £100,000 and proposed investment period is 25 business days. Apart from calculated portfolio, two virtual investments are to be done. One is investing all the money to random stocks and the other is investing to stock indices. Performances of three proposed investments are compared. Further, Portfolio is monitored actively and passively, the results are compared with initial forecasts, calculated by Value at Risk and Monte Carlo Simulation.
