This study concentrates on the practical nature of employee creativity in the context of intellectual and emotional potential of human capital under the climate metaphor. Unleashing the employee creativity is a multi-seasonal journey from the potential to the actualization. Creative-centric organizations manage this multi-dimensional process very distinctively. They focus their values and demolish the walls which are encompassing individual and organizational creativity potentials. Hence, decoding and understanding the working principle of creativity-unleashing mechanism is not a conundrum under the right and customized management practices which can transform the attributes into drivers, blockers or differentiators. Briefly, dispositional and institutional climates in the organizations gain its universe and seasonal modifications by the configuration of negative, positive and unique management practices. The study tried to analyze and discuss the how the possible attributions influence the dispositional and institutional climates in the business settings. Moving beyond the contextualization, the study offers a concise creativity-unleashing model to operationalize the management instruments in coherence with the findings which are gathered through a tailor-made questionnaire and interviews of this dissertation.
