Özet
Bu çalışmanın ortaya koyduğu bulgulara göre Farabi, Maimonides için model bir filozoftur. Açıkçası Farabi'nin bir hedef olarak ortaya koyduğu felsefe ve dinin bir ve tek aynı hakikatin değişik fenomenleri olduğu tezini belki Maimonides kadar sahiplenen bir başka filozof olmamıştır. Maimonides, pek güvendiği bu modele Yahudi teolojisindeki yetkinliğini de kullanarak, Yahudi kutsal kitabı Torah, Talmud ve Halakik diğer eserleri oturtmuş ve bunu ustalıkla yapmıştır. O halde Maimonides'in başyapıtı ve ana felsefi eseri olan Şaşkınlara Rehber için“Şaşkınlara Farabi”dersek abartmış olmayız. Çünkü Rehber'e rehberlik eden başta ontoloji, mantık, psikoloji, siyaset, ahlak alanları olmak üzere Farabi felsefesidir.

Based on the findings of this study, I have concluded that al-Fārābī is a model philosopher for Maimonides. Indeed, no other philosopher has ever embraced al-Fārābī's argument that philosophy and religion are two different devices to reach the same, the one and only truth as much as Maimonides does. Maimonides, using his profound knowledge of the Jewish theology, masterfully applies this model to the Torah, Talmud and other Halakhic works. Thus we would not be exaggerating if we consider the Guide for the Perplexed, the masterpiece and major philosophical work of Maimonides, as“al-Fārābī' for the Perplexed”. For it is the Farabian philosophy what guides the Guide in the fields of ontology, epistemology, logic, psychology, politics, philosophy, and ethics.
