Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı; Türkiye'de öğrenci algıları çerçevesinde Beden Eğitimi ve Spor öğretimi veren üniversitelerde eğitim kalitesine ilişkin algıları ortaya çıkarmak için bir ölçek geliştirmek ve bazı değişkenlere göre öğrencilerin eğitim kalitesine ilişkin algıları arasında bir fark olup olmadığını araştırmaktır. İlişkisel tarama modelinin kullanıldığı araştırmada; Türkiye de spor eğitimi veren toplam 10 üniversitede öğretim gören 1511 lisans seviyesindeki öğrenciye“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”ve araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen“Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretimi Veren Üniversitelerde Eğitim Kalitesi Ölçeği”kullanılarak elde edilen veriler kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin faktör analizleri sonucunda, DFA kesme noktasının 0.40, Cronbach Alpha değerlerinin ise 0,84 ile 0,94 arasında olduğu tespit edilmiştir. KMO değeri 0,978 ve Barlett Testi ise anlamlı (p<0,001) bulunmuştur. Araştırmada, örneklemin, bağımlı değişkenlerine göre dağılımını ortaya koymak amacıyla frekans ve yüzdelik hesaplamalar yapılmıştır. Bağımsız değişkenlere bağlı farklılaşma düzeyini değerlendirmek ve iki bağımsız grup ortalamaları arasında karşılaştırmalar için t-testi, ikiden fazla grup ortalamalarının analizinde tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. İkili karşılaştırmalar için ise Sheffe Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, lisans seviyesindeki öğrencilerin eğitim kalitesine ilişkin algılarının cinsiyet değişkeni açısından anlamlı fark oluşturmadığı (p>0.05), üniversite, bölüm, sınıf, yaş ve sosyo-ekonomik düzey değişkenlerine göre anlamlı fark oluşturduğu tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05). Öğrencilerin, BES öğretimi veren üniversitelerdeki eğitimi, tüm faktörler açısından orta kalite seviyesinde algıladıkları belirlenmiş olup, BES öğretimi veren üniversitelerin eğitim kalitelerini tüm faktörler açısından değerlendirerek mevcut eğitim kalitelerinin yükseltilmesi için gerekli çalışmaları yapmaları düşünülmektedir.

The purpose of this study is to develop a scale within the framework of students' perception in order to reveal perceptions relating to the education quality in universities of Turkey offering sports and physical education and to investigate whether there is a difference between students' perception on the education quality according to some variables. In the study in which relational screening model was used, the data gathered using“Personal Information Form”and a researcher-developed form of“the Scale of Education Quality in Universities Offering Sports and Physical Education”which were given to 1511 undergraduate students from ten universities offering physical education and sports were used. As a result of factor analysis of the scale, the cut-off point of the DFA and Cronbach's alpha values were found to be 0.4 and between 0,84 and 0,94, respectively. KMO value of 0.978 and significant Bartlett's test result (p<0,001) were determined. In the study, frequency and percentage calculations were made in order to determine distributions of sample according to the dependent variables. t-test for assessing differentiation level relating to the independent variables and comparing the means of two independent variables and one way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) for comparing more than two independent groups were used. Sheffe test was used for pair wise comparisons. As a result of the study, variable gender did not form significant difference in undergraduate student perception to the education quality (p> 0.05), variables such as university, department, grade level, age and socio-economic level did form a significant difference (p<0.05). It was determined that the student perceived the education of universities offering sports and physical education at moderate quality level in terms of all factors and thought that universities offering sports and physical education should do the necessary works in order for upgrading their existing education quality by assessing their education quality in terms of all factors.
