Özet
Eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerinde yöntem; üzerinde sürekli çalışılan, yeni arayışlar olan bir konudur. Bir işi yaparken takip edilen yol demek olan yöntem, öğretimin başarılı olmasını doğrudan etkileyen faktörlerden birisidir. Semboller iletişimin temel unsurlarındandır. Çünkü sembollerin mesajı verenle alan arasında ortak çağrışımlar meydana getirmesiyle sağlıklı bir iletişim oluşabilir. Eğitim öğretim faaliyetleri de öğretmen-öğrenci arasında bir iletişim faaliyeti olarak düşünüldüğünde, sembolün ve sembolik anlatımların eğitim öğretimde ne kadar önemli bir konu olduğu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Dinin öğretimi konusunda, tarihi süreçte ortaya konulmuş olan genel öğretim yöntemlerinden faydalanılmakla birlikte, din alanına ait özel öğretim yöntemleri de tespit edilerek kullanılmıştır. Din öğretiminde, soyut konu ve kavramların anlatılması ve öğretilmesinde başvurulabilecek yöntemlerden birisi de sembolik anlatımdır. Bu yöntemle insanların idrak alanı dışında olan varlık, olay ve kavramlar, insanların bildiği somut şeyler üzerinden anlatılarak; anlaşılması ve öğrenilmesi zor olan bu konular daha kolay bir şekilde izah edilmektedir. Sembolik anlatım yöntemi din öğretiminde, muhatabın seviyesine uygun bir şekilde, dini konuların öğretilmesinde kullanılırsa; öğretimin hedeflerine ulaşmasını kolaylaştıracağı gibi, öğrencilerin doğru ve anlamlı öğrenmelerinin gerçekleşmesine katkı sağlayabilir. Bu çalışma, sembol ve sembolik anlatımı ele alarak, sembolik anlatımın bir öğretim yöntemi olarak din öğretiminde etkin ve doğru bir şekilde kullanıldığında, dini konu ve kavramların öğretilmesine nasıl katkı sağlayacağını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. The method in the education and teaching activities is the subject which have searches and is continuously studied about it. The method, which is the way you follow when you are working, is one of the factors which directly effects the success of education. The symbols are the basic elements of communication. Because there can be healthy communication when there is mutual connotations between the one who gives the message and the one who takes the message. When it is thought the education activites is a commucation activity between teacher and student; at the education, it is understood how the importance of symbols and symbolics expressions are. When it comes to religion education, besides using the general education methods revealed historical process, it is used the special religion methods by identifying them. In the religious education, one of the applied ways which explains and teachs the abstract subjects and concepts is symbolic expression. By this method, it is explained the subject, which is hard to understand and learn, easier way by explainig entities which are out of perception of human, events and concepts with focusing concrete things known by human. If the symbolic expression method is used for an appropriate way to interlocutor to teach religion subjects at the the religion teaching method; not only it does the easy way to reach the teaching targets, but also it contributes to the students to learn true and meaningful learning ways. This study aims to put forth; when the symbolic method as a teaching method is used effectively and truely, it will show how contribute to learn the teaching religion subjects and concepts.
