Özet
Bu tezde, fuzzy soft noktanın bileşeni tanımlanmış ve fuzzy soft noktanın Q-komşuluğuna göre fuzzy soft süreklilik tanımı verilmiştir. Ardından, fuzzy soft topolojik gruplar, fuzzy soft Q-komşuluklar yardımıyla tanımlanmış ve ilgili bazı teoremler verilmiştir.

In this thesis, the component of the fuzzy soft point is defined and the definition of the fuzzy soft continuous function with respect to Q-neighbourhood at any fuzzy soft point is given. Next, fuzzy soft topological groups are introduced by means of fuzzy soft Q-neighbourhood and some related theorems are given.
