Özet
Nüfusun giderek arttığı dünyamızda ısınma, ulaşım, üretim, barınma ve benzeri ihtiyaçların karşılanması için büyük önem arz eden inşaat sektörü giderek gelişim göstermektedir. Bu gelişimin temel sebebi ise sürekli devam eden ihtiyaç artışı, teknolojik yenilikler ve makineleşmedir. Günümüzde inşaat sektöründe, yeni sözleşmelere olan ihtiyaç artmaktadır. Yapımı yıllara yaygın olarak gerçekleştirilen inşaat taahhüt işlerinde dönem gelirlerinin saptanması ve proje maliyetlerinin doğru olarak tespit edilebilmesi açısından maliyet muhasebe sisteminden elde edilen bilgiler büyük önem taşımaktadır. Özellikle yöneticilerin bu bilgileri kullanarak büyük ihalelere katılım aşamasında verdikleri fiyat teklifleri, inşaat taahhüt işletmelerinin geleceğini belirlemektedir. Çalışmada taşeron inşaat işletmelerinin maliyet muhasebesi ve inşaat taahhüt işinin maliyetinin hesaplanması bir örnek uygulama ile açıklanmıştır. Uygulamada karşılaşılan güçlükler ortaya konmuş ve çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur.

In the world where the population keeps growing up, the construction sector rises as a sector which plays vital role for the satisfaction of the needs such as heat, transport, production, residence and others. The main reason of this growth in construction is the relentlessly growing need of technological renovations and mechanisation. Nowadays, the need for new contracts in construction sector keeps increasing. In the construction contracting works which are spread over years, information received from the cost accunting system plays an important role regarding the actual identification of the project costs and the identification of the income of the period of the time being. Especially, during the time of admittance to important auctions, the price offerings that the administrators do by using these information play vital part in forming the future of the construction and contracting company. This study describes the cost accounting process of the construction and contracting companies as well as the calculation of the reveue of the construction contracting works with one example of application which contains the demonstration of the possible difficulties to encounter and several recommendations at the same time.
