SUMMARY With the following steps, manager and staff's opinions are aimed to know 1n the B1g Hotes In Ankara. 1) In which groups the working staff come together, 2) From what sources, 3) Which ways and technics are used to provide, 4) How are educated? This research hasbeen gathere under seven parts as entrance, technlc, data and comments, summary, conclusion and advice. Researchhasbeen done by scanning. This research's content formed by six big hotels' chain 1n Ankara and by working section managers 1n these hotels and section staff. Without observing samples, all of managers who are 54, were appHedln getting knowledge form. In staff samples 10 persons are taken from every section and totol 540 persons are given Getting knowledge form. Getting Knowledge was used to get data and to solve the research problem that we need. The hotels that were 1n the research were gone firstly to make meetings. Prepared getting kowledge forms were filled by managers and staff. To make meaningful data which was gotten from the research, both frekans and percentage are used, but 1n some of them percentage was anly used. Using getting knowledge form, provided knowledge from managers and staff was orderedln giving them codes and eualvated and given 1n computer and commented using charts. At the end of the research, It's observed that the source of working staff are friends or relotlves of person who works 1n the hotel. The most used choice way In staff election 1s Interviewing. The features that we requare 1n staff change according to the section, but four things are commen; They are a) Strang character b) Honesty c) Politeness d) Harmony with the others According to the hotel managers, given Intensive education and technical tourism, education aren't anly sufflcent and They have used the way, which 1s training the beginner staff ot Work. rfİSSİİİB
