Özet
ÖZET Ekonomik, sosyal ve teknolojik çevresi içerisinde işletmeler, sürekli bir değişim içindedir. Özellikle teknolojik çevre koşullarındaki gelişmeler, işletmeleri en çok etkileyen olaylardan biridir. Varlıklarını sürdürebilmek ve gelişmek isteyen işletmeler; bilim ve teknoloji alanındaki yenilikleri yakından izlemek zorundadır. Bu zorunluluk doğal olarak, ofisleri de kapsamaktadır. Bu çalışmada teknoloji, teknolojik gelişme, bilişim ve ofis kavramları üzerinde durulmuş; ofis otomasyonunun ne olduğu tanıtılmaya çalışılmış; ofis otomasyonu sistemi, amaçlan ve alt sistemler hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Ayrıca; arzulanan bir ofis otomasyonu sistemi için, insan ve makina uyumu üzerinde durulmuş; bu konudaki sorunlar ve azaltıcı önlemlere de değinilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonunda ise, Ankara'daki bazı ofisler üzerinde yapılan anket çalışması ve sonuçlarına yer verilmiştir.

SUMMARY Managements are always in change about their economic, social and technologic structure. Especially, the developments in technology are the most important factors for the managements. The managements which want to stay in their position or which want to develop must be close to the changes in science and technology. This necessity is also for the offices. In this study, we are interested in the meanings of technology, technologic developments and offices. We also trial to explain the meaning of office automation and some knowledge about office automation systems, aims and the other systems, are given. Also, for a good office automation system, the importance of the relation between the human and machine are explained. The problems about this subjects are discussed. At the end of this study, some inquiries and their results about this subject that were made in Ankara are given.
