Özet

ÖZET Bu araştırmada, meslek liselerine devam eden öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk düzeyleri çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Ankara şehir merkezinde bulunan meslek liseleri oluşturmuştur. Sağlık Meslek Liseleri evrenin dışında bırakılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemine öğrenci seçiminde; Ankara şehrinde bulunan meslek liseleri belirlenmiş ve bu liselerden dört tanesi random örnekleme yöntemiyle örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Araştırma örneklemine Merkez îmam Hatip Lisesi, Keçiören Teknik ve Endüstri Meslek Lisesi, Yunus Emre Kız Meslek Lisesi ve Yenimahalle Ticaret Lisesinden 642 öğrenci alınmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubundaki öğrencilere Prof. Dr. Yıldız Kuzgun tarafından geliştirilen ve psikometrik çalışmaları Dr. Feride Bacanlı tarafından yapılan lise öğrencileri için geliştirilmiş Mesleki Olgunluk Ölçeği(1996) ile araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Kişisel Bilgi Anketi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada istatistiksel model,gruplar arasında fark olup olmadığının test edilmesidir. Alt problemlere göre veri analiz tekniği olarak tek yönlü varyans analizi (F- testi) uygulanmıştır. Varyans analizi sonucunda gruplar arasında önemli bir fark çıktığında farkın hangi gruplar arasında olduğunu bulabilmek içinde t-testi (LSD formu) tekniği kullanılmıştır. Okul türlerine göre öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arasında önemli farklar bulunmuştur.Kız Meslek Lisesi ve Ticaret Lisesine devam eden öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arasında Kız Meslek Lisesi lehine önemli bir fark görülmüştür.Endüstri Meslek Lisesi ve Ticaret Lisesine devam eden öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arasında Endüstri Meslek Lisesi lehine fark bulunmuş; yine aynı şekilde İmam Hatip Lisesi ve Ticaret Lisesine devam eden öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanların ortalamaları arasında İmam Hatip Lisesi öğrencileri lehine önemli bir fark bulunmuştur. Kız Meslek Lisesi, Endüstri Meslek Lisesi ve İmam Hatip Lisesine devam edenöğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arasında önemli bir fark bulunmamıştır. Cinsiyete göre meslek liselerinde okuyan öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arasında kız öğrenciler lehine önemli bir fark görülmüştür. Sınıf seviyelerine göre meslek liselerinde okuyan öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arasında önemli bir fark bulunmamıştır. Annenin öğrenim düzeyine göre öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arsında önemli bir fark görülmemiştir. Babanın öğrenim düzeyine göre öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arasında önemli bir fark görülmemiştir. Ailenin ortalama aylık gelirine göre öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arasında önemli bir fark görülmemiştir. Hayatların çoğunu geçirdikleri yerleşim yerlerine göre öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arasında önemli bir fark görülmemiştir. Başarı durumlarını algılayışlarına göre öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arasında önemli bir fark bulunmuştur. Başarılarını çok iyi ve iyi olarak algılayan öğrencilerin puanlarının ortalamaları arasında önemli bir fark gözükmezken başarılarım çok iyi ve orta olarak algılayan öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arasında basanlarım çok iyi olarak algılayan öğrenciler lehine önemli bir fark bulunmuştur. Basanlarını iyi ve orta olarak algılayan öğrencilerin mesleki olgunluk puanlarının ortalamaları arasında basanlarım iyi olarak algılayanlar lehine bir fark görülmüştür. II

SUMMARY This study covers the evaluation of vocational maturity levels of the students attending the vocational high schools in terms of different variables. The study was focused on the vocational high schools located in Ankara. The Vocational High Schools of Health were excluded. In selection of the subjects,the vocational high schools in Ankara were determined for the random sampling which in selection of 642 subjects from four schools,including The Central High School of Theology,Keçiören Vocational School of Engineering and industry, Yunus Emre Vocational Schools for Girls and Yenimahalle High Schools of Business. The subjects were asked to answer an Individual Questiononire developed by the writer in addition to the Vocational Maturity Scale developed by Prof.Dr. Yıldız Kuzgun with the psychometric studies carried out by Dr.Feride Bacardi. The statistical method applied was to test if there was any difference between groups.A one-way variance analysis (F-Test) was applied for the data analysis depending on the variables.When a significant difference appeared between the groups as a result of the variance analysis, the LSD Test was carried out to determine which groups were different. The vocational maturities of the subjects were found to considerably differ from each other depending on the schools types.An important difference was observed in favor of the students of the vocational high schools for girls when the avarage points for vocational maturity were compared between the Vocational High School for Girls and the High School of Business. It was also the case for the Vocational High School of Industry compared to the High School of Business, while the same significant difference was observed in favor the students of the High School of Business. No significant difference however exists amongst the avarage points of vocational maturity levels of the students attending the Vocational High School for Girls, Vocational High School of Industry and High School of Theology. IllConsiderable difference was found in terms of sex between the vocational maturity levels of the students attending the Vocational High School. As for the school years, there was no significant difference in term of the vocational maturity of those students who attend the vocational high school. The avaregepoints of vocational maturity did not considerably differ amongst the students attending the vocational high schools with respect to the mother's educational level. It was however the case for the father's educational level. The family's monthly income resulted in no significant difference amongst the students in terms of the avarege points of vocational maturity. An Evaluation of the students as of the settlements where they have mostly lived revealed no significant difference of the average points of vocational maturity. A considerably difference was however found amongst the avarege points of vocational maturity of the subjects in respect of their comprehension of achievement. While no significant difference was observed amongst those students who perceived their level of achievement as satisfactory and perfect,a considerable difference in favor of those students who perceived their achievement as perfect was observed amongst the average points of vocational maturity of those students who perceive their achievement as perfect and medium. As for the students perceiving their achievement as good and medium those who perceive it as good had a favourable difference. IV
