Özet
Bu çalışmada, öğretmenlerin yeni bir yaklaşım olan otopoyiyez teorisini benimseme düzeyleri ile okulların otopoyiyezlik düzeylerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Karma yöntem kullanılan araştırmada Memduhoğlu ve Yüce tarafından geliştirilen Otopoyiyez Ölçeği ile araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Otopoyiyez Görüşme Formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında Van'ın Erciş ilçesinde görev yapan 250 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Görüşme formu, çalışma grubundan seçilen ve aralarında yöneticilerin de bulunduğu 15 öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Ölçek verilerinin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler (aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, frekans, varyans, yüzde); ilişkisiz örneklemler t-testi analizi ve Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (Anova) kullanılmıştır. Nitel veriler betimsel analiz yoluyla yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin otopoyiyez anlayışı büyük ölçüde benimsedikleri, okulların orta düzeyde otopoyiyez özelliği gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Nicel verilere bakıldığında, otopoyiyez anlayışı benimseme ve okulların otopoyiyez yaklaşıma sahip olma düzeyine ilişkin öğretmen görüşleri arasında cinsiyet, mesleki kıdem ve branşa göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Çalıştığı okul kademesi bazında; otopoyiyez anlayışı benimseme boyutu incelendiğinde, ortaokulda çalışan öğretmenler ile ilkokulda çalışan öğretmenler arasında farklılık görülmüştür. Ortaokulda çalışan öğretmenler otopoyiyez anlayışı iyi düzeyde benimserken; ilkokulda çalışan öğretmenler orta düzeyde benimsemektedirler. Nitel verilere bakıldığında, genelde eğitim sisteminde sık bir değişimin olduğu, bunun öğrenci, öğretmen, veli açısından karmaşaya yol açtığı, uyum güçlüğü, belirsizlik ve gelecek kaygısı, zaman sorunu gibi sorunlar yarattığı ifade edilmiştir. Ayrıca yapılacak değişim ve yeniliklere ihtiyaca göre okulun kendisinin karar vermesinin daha doğru olacağı belirtilmiştir.

In this study, it was aimed to determine the autopoiesis level of the schools and the level of adopting the autopoiesis theory which is a new approach of the teachers. The autopoiesis scale, which was developed by Memduhoğlu and Yüce, the autopoiesis interview form prepared by the researcher were used in the study using mixed method. The working group of the study consists of 250 teachers who work in the province of Van in Ercis in the academic year of 2017-2018. The interview form was implemented from the study group and 15 teachers, including the administrators, were applied. Descriptive statistics (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, frequency, variance, percentage) in the analysis of scale data; t-test analysis and One-way ANOVA (Anova) were used for unrelated samples. Qualitative data are interpreted through descriptive analysis. It was determined that the teachers showed a great deal of autopoiesism in the research, and the schools showed autopoiesis at moderate level. When we look at quantitative data, there is no statistically significant difference according to the level of having autopopulation approach according to the personal variables of the teachers participating in the study and the level of having autopopulation approach of the schools according to gender, occupational seniority and branch. On the basis of school level; When the dimension of adoption of autopoiesis was examined, there was a difference between teachers working in secondary school and teachers working in primary school. While the teachers working in the secondary school adopted the understanding of autopopting at a good level; Teachers working in primary school are moderately adopted. When we look at qualitative data, it is stated that there is a frequent change in the education system in general, which leads to complications in terms of students, teachers and parents, adverse effects such as adaptation problem, future anxiety and time loss. It is also stated that it would be more appropriate for the school itself to decide on the innovations to be implemented.
