CP violation plays a privileged role in our quest for new physics beyoned the electroweak Standard Model (SM). In this thesis we explore the superymmetric contributions to CP asymmetries in K and B decays. We compute the supersymmetric effective hamiltonian that describes the |S| = 1 semileptonic decays of tau leptons. We provide analytical expressions for supersymmetric contribution to τ → u¯sντ transition in mass insertion approximation. We show that the supersymmetric contributions may enhance the charge conjugation parity (CP) asymmetry of τ → Kπντ decays by several order of magnitudes than the SM expectations. However, the resulting asymmetry is still well below the current experimental limits obtained by CLEO collaboration. We emphasize that measuring CP asymmetry in this decay larger than 10−6 would be a clear evidence of physics beyond the supersymmetric extensions of the standard model. We also analyze the CP violation in the semileptonic |S| = 1 τ -decays in supersymmetric extensions of the SM with R parity violating term. We show that the CP asymmetry of τ -decay is enhanced significantly and the current experimental limits obtained by CLEO collaborations can be easily accommodated. We argue that observing CP violation in semi leptonic τ -decay would be a clear evidence for R-parity violating SUSY extension of the SM. In addition, we analyze the supersymmetric contributions to the mixing CP asymmetries of B → φKS and B → η′KS and the direct asymmetry of B → Kπ processes. We consider both gluino and chargino exchanges in a model independent way by using the mass insertion approximation method. While we adopt the soft collinear effective theory (SCET) for evaluating the corresponding hadronic matrix elements, a critical comparison with predictions in QCD factorization (QCDF) one is also provided. We find that pure chargino contributions cannot accommodate the current experimental results on CP asymmetries, mainly due to b → sγ constraints. On the other hand, pure gluino exchanges can saturate both the constraints on B → φKS and B → η′KS CP asymmetries. However, in SCET and unlike the quantum chromodynamic factorization ( QCDF), it is not possible to resolve the B → Kπ puzzle.
