ANKARA EV TOZ AKARLARI VE ALLER.IIK ETKİLERİ (ACARINA: ACARI) (Doktora Tezi) Ahmet SARICA GAZI ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Eylül 1997 ÖZET Bu çalışma 1991-1995 yılları arasında Ankara'nın 31 değişik semtinde 14()'ı apartman dairesi 60'ı gecekondu olmak üzere toplam 200 konuttan toplanan ev tozları üzerinde yapıldı. Ev tozu numuneleri bir elektirik süpürgesi kullanılarak 1000 devir/dakika vakumla yataklardan ve yatak odalarındaki halılardan 1 m 'lik bir yüzeye 2 dakika boyunca vakum uygulanarak toplandı. Akarların izolasyonu Berlese metodu ile teşhisi ise Hughes'e (1976) göre yapıldı. Akar pozitif bulunan konutlarda. Âcarus siro, Carpoglyphvs lacüs, Tyroplıagııs putrescent i ae, Tyrophagus similis, Glycyphagııs domesticus, Lepidoglyphus destructor, Diamesoglyphııs intermedins, Chortoglyphus arcnatus. Dermatophagoides farinae, Dermal ophagoides pleronyssinus, Cheyletııs eruditus, Tydeııs inteırııptus türler tesbit edildi. Bunlardan Diamesoglyphııs intermedins ve Tydeus interruptus türleri Türkiye ev toz akarları faunası için ilk kayıttır. Akarların allerjik etkileri Quidel marka stripleıie hasta serumunda araştırıldı. (Ph.D. Thesis) Ahmet SARICA GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY September 1997 ABSTRACT This study has been carried out between 1991-1995 in Ankara. Two hundreds houses from thirlyone different region of the city were included. Sixty of the houses were from the sub urban and one hundred and forty of the houses were apartment and were from the centrum of the city. The house dust samples were collected with a vacuum cleaner in the rate of 1000 rpm from the beddings and bedroom carpets applying the cleaner along two minutes on a surface of 1 m". The separation of the mites was done by the Berlese method, identification was made according to the Hugles (1976) criteria. The following mites species were separated from the houses which were found to be positive for mites Acarus siro, Carpoglyphus laciis, Tyrophagus pulrescenliac, Tyrophagus similis, Glycyphagus domesticus, Lepidoglyphus destructor, Diamesoglyplnis intermedins, Chortoglyphus arcuatus\ Der matophago ides farinae, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, Cheyletns eruditus and Tydeus interruptus. From these, Diamesoglyplnis intermedins and Tydeus interruptus species are first record for acar fauna of house dust of Turkey. The effects of the mites in allergic diseases were tested using Quidel allergic test strips via patients serum. Science code : 401.01.00
