Özet
Muhasebe alanına genel olarak bakıldığı zaman, hem kamu ve özel işletmeler de hem de serbest meslek erbabı olarak istihdam alanı bulunan geniş bir yelpazeye sahiptir. Ülkemizde de bu alanlarda çalışabilecek bireylere bilgi ve yetenek kazandırılması amacı ile lise, ön lisans, lisans ve lisansüstü eğitim olanakları bulunmaktadır. Muhasebe eğitimi temelinde hem teorik hem de uygulama içerikli dersleri içermesinin yanında analiz ve yorum yapabilme yeteneğini de öğrenciye kazandırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı kuşakların tanınması, Z kuşağı öğrencilerinin muhasebe eğitimine bakış açısını ve muhasebe eğitiminden beklentilerinin analiz edilerek çıkan bulgular doğrultusunda önerilerde bulunarak eğitimde verimliliğinin arttırılmasına katkıda bulunmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda hazırlanan anket formu Adıyaman Üniversitesi ve Adıyaman Meslek Yüksek Okullarında eğitimine devam eden veya mezun olmuş öğrenciler üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Uygulamalar sonucunda elde edilen veriler istatistiksel paket programı yardımı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analizler katılımcıların demografik değişkenleri doğrultusunda t-testi ve Anova testleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda katılımcıların muhasebe eğitimine bakış açısı genellikle olumlu olduğu görülmektedir. Katılımcıların muhasebe eğitiminden beklentileri ise analitik düşünme, düşüncesel yeteneklerin zenginleştirilmesi ve bilişsel düşünme kabiliyetini arttırması olduğu görülmektedir.

When the accounting field is considered in general, it has a wide range of employment areas both in public and private enterprises and as a self-employed person. In our country, there are high school, associate degree, undergraduate and graduate education opportunities in order to gain knowledge and skills to individuals who can work in these fields. In addition to including both theoretical and practical courses on the basis of accounting education, it also aims to provide the student with the ability to make analysis and interpretation. The aim of the research is to contribute to the recognition of generations, to increase the productivity in education by analyzing the perspective of Z generation students on accounting education and their expectations from accounting education and making suggestions in line with the findings. The questionnaire form prepared for this purpose was applied to the students who continue or graduate from Adıyaman University and Adıyaman Vocational Schools. The data obtained as a result of the applications were analyzed with the help of statistical package program. The analyzes were carried out in line with the demographic variables of the participants, t-test and Anova tests. As a result of the evaluations, it is seen that the participants' perspective on accounting education is generally positive. It is seen that the expectations of the participants from accounting education are analytical thinking, enrichment of intellectual abilities and increasing cognitive thinking ability.
