Özet
İkinci bölümde; Vakıfların tanımı, fonksiyonları, kuruluş amaçları, ekonomik ve sosyal yasamdaki rol'leri sistematik bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; Vakıflarda ve Vakıf İşletmelerde örgütsel yapılar ve İletişim ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenmiş, iletişim şemaları düzenlenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde; Vakıf İşletmelerde örgütsel yapılar ve iletişim kanalları Aydın Vakıf Zeytinlikler İşletme Müdürlüğünde uygulamalı olarak incelenmiş, uygulamada ortaya çıkan sorunlara çözümleyici yaklaşımlarda bulunulmuş, Vakıf İşletmeler için çağın gereksinim ve olanaklarından daha iyi yararlanmaları bakımından Bilgisayar Destekli Örgütsel İletişim Modeli, yine iletişimde bilgisayar kullanımını gerekli kılan Yönetim Bilişim sistemi kullanılması önerisinde bulunulmuş tur. Beşinci Bölümde; Vakıf İşletmelerin örgütsel yapıları ve özellikle iletişim kanalları anket yöntemiyle incelenmiş, alman anket cevaplarına göre varılan sonuçlar sıralanmış, anket sonuçlarının ve Tez' in genel değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. ivABSTRACT Motivated by our ancestral and traditional benevolence in the forms of monuments in memory of human compassion Waqfs are one of our oldest and best social assistance and soldiarity institutions. Created by an idea involving all aspects of mortal's life, this institution has immensely contrjJbuted into our national culture and heritage as well as into Turkish social life. By this present modest Work the General Directorate wants to inform you briefly on both the meaning and the history of Waqf acti vites of recent years. in this study, which is colled vsThe Examamination of Organizational Stractures and the Cominacational Channels in Waqfs", We Will examine the Waqfs, the organizational structures of the institutions of Waqfs and tha Channels of coTTiTT) i national system, so as to suggest a model. İn the second chapter, meanings, functions, the aim of the establishment of Waqfs and the Waqfs's rolles in economical an social life are examined by systematically. in the third chapter, the comminacation and organizational structure in the institution of Waqfs are detailedly investigated and the schemas of comminication are arranged in the fourth chapter, the organizational structures and the comminicatiohal channels are practically examined in the Operation of Aydın Waqfs Olive Graves, in this respect the problems which appeared in the practice are analyzed. So that the Moddel of Organizational Communication Supported by Computer is used in the institutions of Waqfs to utileze from the possiblities and the necessities of the age. in the fifth chapter the organizational structures of the institutions and the comminicational channels are examined by the way of research. The results were arranged according to the replies of the research. At the last parth the results of the research and the study were examined.
