Özet
Günümüzde işletmelerin durumlarını incelemek ve yorumlamak için sadece finansal veriler yeterli olmamaktadır. Sürdürülebilir olma yolunda sosyal ve çevresel faktörler de mutlaka dikkate alınmalıdır. Bu bağlamda yatırım yapma kararı alan yatırımcılar kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik ölçümünü yani sürdürülebilirliğin ekonomik, sosyal ve çevresel boyutlarını bir bütün olarak ele alarak değerlendirmektedir. Bu tez çalışmasının amacı, BIST Sürdürülebilirlik endeksinde yer alan ve imalat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin faaliyet ve sürdürülebilirlik raporlarından elde edilen verilerle kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik performanslarını incelemektir. Bu doğrultuda işletmelerin 2020 yılı verileri kullanılarak çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri ile analizler gerçekleştirilerek sürdürülebilir performans sıralamaları elde edilmiştir. Sıralama yapılırken MABAC, COPRAS, MAIRCA ve WASPAS yöntemleri kullanılmış, ardından bu yöntemlerle elde edilen sıralamaların bütünleştirilerek tek bir sıralama haline getirilmesi amacıyla Borda sayım yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda sürdürülebilirlik performansı en yüksek olan işletmenin Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş; en düşük olan işletmenin ise Kardemir Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Uygulama sonuçları çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri kullanılarak oluşturulan metodolojinin sürdürülebilir performans ölçümünde kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir.

Nowadays, financial data is not enough to study and interpret the state of enterprises. Social and environmental factors that they take into account in the way of being sustainable also come into play. In this context, investors who decide to invest evaluate the measurement of corporate sustainability, that is, by considering the economic, social and environmental dimensions of sustainability as a whole. This thesis aims to examine the corporate sustainability performances of the enterprises operating in the manufacturing sector included in the BIST Sustainability index with the data obtained from the activity and sustainability reports. In this direction, multi-criteria decision-making methods and analyses were carried out using the data of enterprises for the year 2020 and sustainable performance rankings were obtained. When sorting, MABAC, COPRAS, MAIRCA and WASPAS methods were used, and then the Borda Count method was used to integrate the rankings obtained by these methods and combined them into a single ranking. As a result of the study, it has been found that the company with the highest sustainability performance is Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Whereas, the lowest enterprise is Kardemir Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. The results of the application have shown that the methodology created using multi-criteria decision-making methods can be used to measure sustainable performance.
