Özet
Bu tez çalışması, grup ve halka teorilerinin bir genişlemesi olarak bilinen ve 1980 li yıllarda çalışılmaya başlanan nötrosofik yapılardan nötrosofik tamsayılar halkası üzerinedir. Bu tezin amacı, tamsayılar halkasının bilinen temel cebirsel özelliklerinin nötrosofik tamsayılar halkasında geçerli olup olmadığını araştırmak; tamsayılar halkasında geçerli olup, nötrosofik tamsayılar halkasında henüz incelenmemiş olan tanım ve özellikleri, nötrosofik tamsayılar halkasına uyarlamaktır. Bu tez çalışmasında nötrosofik tamsayıların tersi, mutlak değeri, asal ve bileşik nötrosofik tamsayılar, nötrosofik tamsayılar kümesinde bölme algoritması, bir denklem sistemi içerisinde yer alma ve modüler denklemlerle ifade edilme gibi cebirsel özellikleri verilmiştir. Tezin son kısmında ise Z[I] nötrosofik tamsayılar kümesinde tanımlı kısmi sıralama bağıntısından yola çıkarak tanımlanan denklik bağıntısıyla denklik sınıfları oluşturulmuştur. Sıralı ikililer şeklinde ifade edilen nötrosofik tamsayılar kartezyen koordinat sisteminde bölgesel olarak belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca pozitif bir nötrosofik tamsayının faktöriyeli ve kuvvetleri kavramları verilmiştir.

This thesis is on the ring of neutrosophic integers, which is one of the neutrosophic structures that is known as an extension of group and ring theories and started to be studied in the 1980s. The aim of this thesis is to investigate whether the known basic algebraic properties of the ring of integers are valid for the ring of neutrosophic integers and to adapt the definitions and properties that are valid in the ring of integers but not yet studied in the ring of neutrosophic integers, to the ring of neutrosophic integers. In this thesis, algebraic properties of neutrosophic integers such as inverse, absolute value, prime and composite neutrosophic numbers, division algorithm in the set of neutrosophic integers, being in a system of equations and expressing with modular equations are given. In the last part of the thesis, equivalence classes are created with the equivalence relation defined by starting from the partial order relation defined in the set of Z[I] neutrosophic integers. Neutrosophic integers expressed as ordered pairs are determined locally in the Cartesian coordinate system. Also, the concepts of factorial and powers of a positive neutrosophic integer are given.
