Özet
Bu çalışmanın en temel amacı; inmenin ardından görülen üst ekstremite sorunları ve inmeli hastalardaki uyku düzeninin belirlenmesidir. Çalışmanın bir başka amacı ise hastaların inmenin ardından etkilenen tarafının uyku düzeni ve üst ekstremite sorunları açısından farklılığını incelemektir. Araştırmanın yeri ve zamanı olarak Sivas Merkezde Bulunan Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi ve Özel Medicana Hastanesidir. Seçilen hastanelerde 1 Nisan – 1 Temmuz 2021 tarihleri arasında ayaktan veya yatarak tedavi gören inme tanısı almış hastalar araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Üç bölümden oluşan anketlerin birinci bölümünde hastaların tanıtıcı özellikleri, ikinci bölümünde Epworth Uykululuk Ölçeği ve son bölümünde Kol ve Omuz El Sorunları Ölçeği (DASH) yer almaktadır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS paket programı kullanılmıştır. Verilerin normal dağılım koşulunu sağlamaması nedeniyle bağımsız iki grup ortalamasının karşılaştırılmasında Many Whitnet-U testi, bağımsız üç ve daha fazla grup ortalamalarının karşılaştırılmasında Kruskall Wallis testi kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; İnme sonrası kol, omuz ve el sorunlarının cinsiyet açısından farklılık gösterdiği, kadınların erkeklere nazaran daha fazla sorunlar yaşadığı belirlenmiştir. Erkeklere nazaran yaşam kalitelerinin düşküğü, fonksiyonel durumlarının daha kötü olduğu belirlenmiştir. Hastalık kaynaklı etkilenen tarafı sağ olan hastaların, sol tarafı etkilenen hastalara nazaran daha fazla uyku sorunu yaşadığı tespit edilmiştir.

The main purpose of this study; The aim of this study is to determine upper extremity problems after stroke and sleep patterns in stroke patients. Another aim of the study is to examine the differences in sleep patterns and upper extremity problems of the affected side of the patients after stroke. As the place and time of the research, Cumhuriyet University Training and Research Hospital and Private Medicana Hospital located in Sivas Center. Patients diagnosed with SVO who were treated as outpatients or inpatients in selected hospitals between April 1 and July 1, 2021 were included in the study. Questionnaire was used as data collection method in the study. The first part of the questionnaire, which consists of three parts, includes the descriptive characteristics of the patients, the Epworth Sleepiness Scale in the second part, and the Arm and Shoulder Hand Problems Scale (DASH) in the last part. SPSS package program was used to evaluate the data. Since the data did not meet the normal distribution condition, the Many Whitnet-U test was used to compare the means of two independent groups, and the Kruskall Wallis test was used to compare the means of three or more independent groups. As a result; It has been determined that post-stroke arm, shoulder and hand problems differ in terms of gender, and women experience more problems than men. It has been determined that the patients with the right side affected by the disease have more sleep problems than the patients whose left side is affected.
