One of the strategical factors of the educational system are employees of the schools. It is supposed that will to work that means motivation of the employees is important for the qualified and sustainable achievements of the education sector. It is seen that school administrators who realize the implementation and inspection of the educational policies which designated by the executive administrators as well as these administrators who were the designates the educational policies have important duties and responsibilities for performing qualified and sustainable achievement. It is suggested that school administrators should design the working conditions for the other members of the organization that means the employees of the school in a way to make them work with willingly in the aspects of psychological, sociological and physical conditions, while the administrators fulfilling their duty in the scope of their responsibilities. From this point of view it is aimed in this study to contribute to the authorities which implement the educational policies as well as the future research by analyzing the convictions of the teachers on the impact of the communication skills of school administrations on the performance of employees during they perform their duties; revealing the situations both increasing and decreasing the motivations of the teachers in the context of the communication skills of the school administrator whether they have or not have; implemented or not implemented. School administrator, communication, communication skills, and motivation concepts were theoretically examined. The studies both domestic and foreign ones were also examined and obtained data were compared in the theoretical framework of the study and for the results. It is thought that the findings obtained from the research are important for they could draw attention to the professional life of the school employees in the context of both literally and educational policies; increase the understanding for the job satisfaction and working conditions; could lighten the influence of the communication skills of administrators which they performed on the fruitful and willingly working of the school employees under their administration. This study is designed in a qualitative research method and phenomenology pattern technique was used for analyzing. A situation-based approach has been adopted through the consideration of individuals' views throughout the research. The study v group of the study has consisted from 14 teachers who were chosen by Appropriate Sampling Method which is one of the sampling methods which could e proper to this research, who have been working in the schools depending to the TRNC Ministry of National Education Departments of Primary Education and Secondary Education. Semi-structured interview technique was used in the implementation on the field of the research for data collecting and content analyze performed for the analyzing of data. According to Arık (1992), content analysis is to make inferences about the written and explanatory features of social reality and the characteristics of non - written and unclear content. Data were analyzed respectively as coding of the findings, thematization of the codes with themes; defining and commenting of the findings. During these processes, interview sound recordings and written interview forms were deciphered and analyzed. In the analysis of the statements of the participants, groupings were made according to the similarities and parallels of the expressions. Descriptive analysis technique was used to ensure the internal validity and reliability of the research. According to Türnüklü (2000), this technique used means to directly quote the views of the participants in order to reflect the views of the participants by taking into consideration the questions in the interview form during the analysis of the data. Thus, the integrity and significance of the findings were constantly checked by the researcher. Research has shown that; there are factors that have both positive and negative influences on the motivations of school employees which derived from the communication skills of administrators which whether have and perform or not. The communication skills of the school administrators, the performing ways and methods of these skills or the reason of nonusing of these skills; influence and frequencies of these situations on the motivations of school employees were examined in this research too. It is determined that performing of the communication skills by the school administrators have positive influence in the context of human resources as communication of administration and personnel, peace in work environment, will to work of personnel and productivity, approach with debonair; misuse or nonuse of communication skills cause problems on administration – personnel, injustice approach to employees; have a negative influence on will to work of personnel and productivity, approach with debonair. Being productive and successful of the employees of the schools who are the vi essential and irrevocable members of the educational system influences the reaching to the determined targets and successes of the educational system which they are the members of it; therefore motivation sources directed to the duties of school employees and positive and negative influences of the communication skills using by school administrators are seen as an important issue which should be examined by the researchers. Whether performing researches on this and the similar issues, whether the results of these researches would be considered by the authorities which are the planners and implementers of the educational system could help to move the education to a better place which is an important issue for our future and social welfare. The research can make a positive contribution, therefore, raise concern over the relationship between communication skills with motivation for both content and sampling by compelling attention that success is related with the increasing of the motivation of employees as well as administrative skills on educational management in the context of satisfaction and productivity of employees.
