Özet
Müzik eğitiminin gelişim süreçleri de teknolojik gelişmelerle birlikte değişmektedir. Eğitim kurumlarının ve öğretmenlerin bu değişime uyum sağlaması beklenmektedir. Üstün yetenekli öğrencilerin eğitim gördüğü BİLSEM'lerde müzik teknolojisi olanaklarının geliştirilmesi ve buralarda görev yapan müzik öğretmenlerinin alandaki gelişmeleri takip edebilmeleri, onların kendi gelişimleri ve eğitime katkıları açısından önemli görülmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı BİLSEM'lerde ses kayıt teknolojilerinin alt yapısını, bu kurumda görev yapan müzik öğretmenlerinin ilgi durumlarını, yaşadıkları sorunlara ilişkin görüşlerini ve beklentilerini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma grubunu 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında 188 BİLSEM'den rastgele ulaşılabilen 79 BİLSEM ve bu okullarda görev yapan ve araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü 79 müzik öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Yöntem olarak nitel araştırmadan tarama modeli kullanılmış, veriler betimsel, sayısal ve içerik analizi yöntemleriyle çözümlenmiştir. BİLSEM'lerin ses kayıt teknolojileri altyapısını inceleyen araştırma sorusunun bulgularına göre; çalışma grubu kapsamındaki 79 BİLSEM'den 21'i ses kayıt teknolojileri altyapısına sahiptir. BİLSEM'lerde görev yapan müzik öğretmenlerinin ses kayıt teknolojileri alanındaki yeterliklerini inceleyen araştırma sorusunun bulgularına göre; az sayıda öğretmenin bu eğitimleri aldığı, aldıkları eğitimleri sayıca az, içerik olarak orta düzeyde yararlı ve yeterli gördükleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. BİLSEM'lerde görev yapan müzik öğretmenlerinin ses kayıt teknolojilerinin kullanımına ilişkin sorun, görüş ve beklentilerinin yer aldığı araştırma sorusundan elde edilen bulgulara göre; öğretmenlerin çoğu ses kayıt teknolojilerine yüksek düzeyde ilgi göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte öğretmenlerin alanda eğitimin lisans düzeyinde olması gerektiğini, hizmetiçi eğitim programları ile eğitim almak istediklerini ve BİLSEM'lerde ses kayıt stüdyolarının kurulması gerektiğini ifade ettikleri gözlemlenmiştir.

The development processes of music education are also changing with technological developments. Educational institutions and teachers are expected to adapt to this change. The development of music technology opportunities in BİLSEMs where gifted students receive education and the ability of music teachers working there to follow developments in the field are considered important in terms of their own development and contribution to education. The purpose of this research is to reveal the infrastructure of sound recording technologies in BİLSEMs, the state of interest of the music teachers working in this institution, their views on the problems they experience and their expectations. The study group consists of 79 BİLSEMs that can be accessed randomly from 188 BİLSEM in the 2020-2021 academic year, and 79 music teachers who work in these schools and volunteer to participate in the research. As a method, the scanning model from qualitative research was used, and the data were analyzed with descriptive, numerical and content analysis methods. According to the findings of the research question examining the sound recording technologies infrastructure of BİLSEMs; 21 of 79 BİLSEMs within the scope of the study group have sound recording technologies infrastructure. According to the findings of the research question examining the proficiency of music teachers working in BİLSEMs in the field of sound recording technologies; it has been concluded that a small number of teachers have received these trainings, and they see the training they receive as low in number and moderately useful and sufficient in content. According to the findings obtained from the research question, which includes the problems, opinions and expectations of the music teachers working in BİLSEMs regarding the use of sound recording technologies; most of the teachers have a high level of interest in sound recording technologies. Along with this, it has been observed that the teachers stated that the education in the field should take place at the undergraduate level, that they want to receive training with in-service training programs and that sound recording studios should be established in BİLSEMs.
