Özet
Araştırma hemşirelik öğrencilerinin nezaketsiz öğretim elemanı davranışlarını algılama ve bu davranışlara maruz kalma sıklığını belirlemek ve ilişkili faktörleri incelemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı ilişki arayıcı olarak yapıldı. Bu amaçla araştırmanın birinci aşamasında“Hemşirelik Eğitiminde Nezaketsizlik Ölçeği-Revize (HENÖ-R)”'nin geçerlik güvenirliği yapıldı. Araştırma iki aşamada gerçekleştirildi. Birinci aşamada: 11 farklı üniversitede 522 hemşirelik öğrencisi ile HENÖ-R'nin öğretim elemanı davranışlarını içeren formunun Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenirliği yapıldı. İlk olarak dil eşdeğerliği ve geçerliği yapıldı. Daha sonra HENÖ-R'nin Türkçe formunun DFA analizine göre 24 madde 2 alt boyutlu orijinal yapı ile iyi uyum gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşıldı. Güvenirlik analizlerine göre HENÖ-R toplam puan Cronbach alfa değeri: 0,952, düşük düzey nezaketsizlik alt boyut Cronbach alfa değeri: 0,899, yüksek düzey nezaketsizlik alt boyut Cronbach alfa değeri: 0,991 bulundu. Yapılan madde analizi sonucunda; tüm maddelerin madde ölçek toplam korelasyon değerleri 0,30'un üstünde bulundu, ölçekten madde atılmadı. Ayrıca herhangi bir maddenin atılmasının, ölçek Cronbach Alpha değerini artırmadığı saptandı. Ölçeğin test-tekrar test sonuçları arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir fark yoktur (p>0.05). Bu sonuç, ölçeğin aynı değişkeni farklı zamanlarda güvenilir bir şekilde ölçtüğünü göstermektedir. İkinci aşamada: Türkçeye uyarlanan, geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması sonucu psikometrik özellikleri saptanan“HENÖ-R”,“Öğrenci Tanıtıcı Özellikler”ve“Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı”ölçeği Ankara ili sınırları içerisinde yer alan iki üniversitenin 346 hemşirelik öğrencisine uygulandı. Öğrencilerin HENÖ-R algı toplam puan ortalaması 3,37±0,46; HENÖ-R sıklık toplam puan ortalaması 1,69±0,43. 22 yaş üstündeki öğrencilerin algıladığı yüksek düzey nezaketsizlik puanlarının daha yüksek olduğu, 22 yaş ve üzeri olan öğrenciler ile 3. sınıfta okuyan öğrencilerin hem düşük düzey nezaketsizlik sıklık puanı hem de toplam nezaketsizlik sıklık puanının, hemşirelik mesleğini isteyerek seçmeyen öğrencilerin ise hem yüksek düzey nezaketsizlik sıklık puanı hem de toplam nezaketsizlik sıklık puanının diğer gruplara göre yüksek olduğu belirlendi. HENÖ-R algı ve HENÖ-R sıklık toplam puanlarını açıklamak için yapılan çoklu regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre; hemşirelik eğitiminde nezaketsizlik algısı üzerindeki değişimde bağımsız değişkenlerin etkisi olmadığı, hemşirelik eğitiminde nezaketsizliğe maruz kalma sıklığı üzerindeki değişimde sınıf düzeyinin pozitif etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşıldı. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda, eğitim-öğretim sürecinde öğretim elemanlarının nezaketsizliği bir sorun olarak fark edip ele alması, öğrencilere mesleği zamanla sevdirecek fırsatların sunulması önerilir.

The research was carried out as a descriptive-correlational research in order to determine faculty incivility behaviours as perceived by nursing students, and the frequency of exposure to these behaviours and to examine the related factors. For this purpose, the validity and reliability of the“Incivility in Nursing Education-Revised (INE-R)”was conducted in the first stage of the study. The research was carried out in two stages. In the first stage: Turkish validity and reliability of the form which is including faculty behaviours of the INE-R scale was conducted with 522 nursing students from 11 different universities. After language equivalence and validity, the CFA analysis of the Turkish version of the HENÖ-R was concluded that the scale which is including 24 items and 2 sub-dimensions had good fit indexes with original form. According to the reliability analysis, the Cronbach alpha value of the HENÖ-R total score was 0,952, cronbach alpha value of the Lower Level of Incivility sub-dimension was 0,899, and cronbach alpha value of the Higher Level of Incivility sub-dimension was 0,991. As a result of the substance analysis; the total correlation values of all items in the item scale were found to be above 0.30, no items were removed from the scale. It was also found that the remove of any substance did not increase the value of the scale Cronbach Alpha. There was no statistically significant difference between the test-retest results of the scale (p>0.05). This result shows that the scale reliably measures the same variable at different times. In the second stage:“HENÖ-R”which was adapted to Turkish and whose psychometric properties were determined as a result of the validity and reliability study,“Student Descriptive Characteristics”, and“Rosenberg Self-Esteem”scale were applied to 346 nursing students of two universities in Ankara. The mean of the students' HENÖ-R perception total score was 3.37±0.46; the mean of HENÖ-R frequency total score was 1.69±0.43. It was concluded that the high level of ıncivility score perceived by the students over the age of 22 was higher; students aged 22 and over and students in the 3rd grade had both a low level of ıncivility frequency score and a total Incivility frequency score higher than the other groups; students who did not choose the nursing profession willingly had both a high level of ıncivility frequency score and a total incivility frequency score higher than other groups.According to the results of multiple regression analysis performed to explain HENÖ-R perception and HENÖ-R frequency total scores; it was concluded that independent variables had no effect on the change of the perception of incivility in nursing education, and that grade level had a positive effect on the change of the frequency of exposure to incivility in nursing education. In line with the results obtained from the research, it is recommended that the faculty recognize the incivility as a problem and address in the education process and that the opportunities that will make the students love the profession over time.
