Özet

Günümüzde ülkeler mal, hizmet ve ekonomik ilişkilerde bulunur. Bunun nedeni ise dış ticaretin taraflara fayda sağlama potansiyeli taşımasıdır. Dış ticaret kendi içinde ithalat ve ihracat olmak üzere iki bölüme ayrılır. Dünya pazarında geniş bir şekilde yer alan ithalat ve ihracat kavramları, ülke ekonomisinin gidişatını belirleyen önemli iki olgudur. Bu iki olgunun sağlanması için dış ticarette birden fazla ödeme yöntemi bulunmaktadır. Bunlar; Peşin ödeme yöntemi, vesaik mukabili ödeme yöntemi, mal mukabili ödeme yöntemi ve akreditifli ödeme yöntemi olarak ele alınmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, ihracat yapan firmaların akreditifli ödeme yöntemine yönelik yaklaşımını araştırmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda yapılan hipotezler, Konya ilinde ihracat yapan firmalara anket yoluyla gönderilip elde edilen verilere göre; bağımsız örneklem t-testi, tek örneklem ANOVA testi, post-hoc testi, varyans homojenliği testi, korelasyon testi ve regresyon analizi test edilmiştir. Test edilen analizler sonucunda örneklemde ele alınan firmaların akreditifli ödeme yöntemini tercih etmesi durumunda ihracatın sürekliliği, tecrübesi, departmanın varlığı, ülke sayısı ve akreditife yönelik bilgi seviyesinin etkili olduğu görülmüştür.

Today, countries engage in goods, services and economic relations. The reason for this is that foreign trade has the potential to benefit the parties. Foreign trade is divided into two parts as import and export. The concepts of import and export, which are widely used in the world market, are two important facts that determine the course of the country's economy. There are more than one payment method in foreign trade to ensure these two phenomena. These; Cash payment method is handled as payment method against documents, payment method against goods and payment method with letter of credit. The aim of this study is to investigate the approach of exporting companies towards the letter of credit payment method. The hypotheses made for this purpose were sent to the exporting companies in Konya through a questionnaire and according to the data obtained, independent sample t-test, single sample ANOVA test, post-hoc test, homogeneity of variance test, correlation test and regression analysis were tested. As a result of the analyzes tested, it has been seen that the continuity of exports, experience, the existence of the department, the number of countries and the level of knowledge about the letter of credit are effective if the companies in the sample prefer the payment method with letter of credit.
