Özet
Bu çalışmada, altıncı sınıf matematik dersi cebirsel ifadeler öğretiminde web 2.0 araçlarının kullanımının öğrenenlerin akademik başarısı ve tutumu üzerindeki etkisinin ortaya koyulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemleri ve yarı deneysel araştırma deseni tercih edilmiştir. Çalışmanın evrenini 2021-2022 yılında Gaziantep ilinde öğrenim görmekte olan altıncı sınıf öğrencileri, örneklemini ise Gaziantep ilinin Nurdağı ilçesinde bulunan, iki ayrı devlet okulunda öğrenim gören altıncı sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Uygulama sürecinde,“Cebirsel İfadeler”konusu deney grubunda web 2.0 araçları kullanılarak, kontrol grubunda ise mevcut öğretim programına göre işlenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın verilerine“CİBT”ve“MYTÖ”kullanılarak ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan veriler SPSS 24 programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, deney ve kontrol grubuna uygulanan akademik başarı ve tutum ölçeği testlerinden elde edilen veriler sonucunda deney grubu lehine anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar göz önüne alındığında matematik dersi cebirsel ifadeler öğretiminde web 2.0 araçlarının kullanımının geleneksel öğretime göre öğrencilerin akademik başarısını arttırmada daha çok etkili olduğu ve matematiğe yönelik öğrenci tutumlarını olumlu yönde arttırdığı tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, it is aimed to reveal the effect of the use of web 2.0 tools in the teaching of algebraic expressions in the sixth grade mathematics course on the academic achievement and attitude of the learners. In this study, quantitative research methods and quasi-experimental research design were preferred. The universe of the study consists of sixth grade students studying in Gaziantep in 2021-2022, and the sample is sixth grade students studying in two different public schools in Nurdağı district of Gaziantep province. During the application process, the subject of“Algebraic Expressions”was taught by using web 2.0 tools in the experimental group and according to the current curriculum in the control group. The data of this study were obtained by using“CIBT”and“MYTÖ”. The data used in the study were analyzed with the SPSS 24 program. In this study, it was determined that there were significant differences in favor of the experimental group as a result of the data obtained from the academic achievement and attitude scale tests applied to the experimental and control groups. Considering these results, it has been determined that the use of web 2.0 tools in the teaching of algebraic expressions in mathematics lesson is more effective in increasing the academic success of students compared to traditional teaching and increases student attitudes towards mathematics in a positive way.
