Özet
Yonca tohumluğunda bulunan yabancı ot tohumu yoğunluğunun belirlenmesi için 2021-2022 yıllarında yürütülen bu çalışma; Konya ilinde tohum üreticisi olarak faaliyet yürüten tohum firmalarının Aksaray ve Konya illerinde 2021 yılında üretmiş oldukları yonca tohumlarından eleme öncesi 64 adet, sertifikasyon aşamasında ise 94 adet numune alınarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda; eleme öncesi alınan numunelerde toplamda 14 familyaya ait 37 yabancı ot türü tespit edilmiştir. Teşhisleri yapılan bu türlerde Poaceae familyası en fazla yabancı ot türünü içermektedir. Aksaray ve Konya illerinden eleme öncesinde alınan 20 g' lık 64 adet yonca tohumu numunesine sayısal olarak en çok karışan yabancı ot türü 58,011 adet ile Cuscuta campetsris Yuncker.(Tarla küskütü) olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunu sırasıyla; 40,299 adet ile Cuscuta approximata Bab. (Küçük tohumlu yonca küskütü), 15,694 adet ile Chenopodium album L. (Sirken), 3,762 adet ile Setaria verticillata L. P. B. (Yapışkan ot), 3,046 adet ile Rumex crispus L. (Kıvırcık labada), 2,236 adet ile Amaranthus retroflexus L. (Kırmızı köklü tilki kuyruğu), 1,085 adet ile Lactuca serriola L. (Dikenli yabani marul) ve 925 adet ile Polygonum aviculare L. (Çoban değneği) tohumları ve diğerleri takip etmektedir. Sertifikasyon aşamasında alınan numunelerde 11 familyaya ait 17 yabancı ot türü tespit edilmiştir. Teşhisleri yapılan bu türlerde Poaceae familyası en fazla yabancı ot türünü içermektedir. Aksaray ve Konya illerinden sertifikasyon aşamasında alınan 50 g' lık 94 adet yonca tohumu numunesine sayısal olarak en çok karışan yabancı ot türü 1,661 adet ile Cuscuta campetsris Yuncker. olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunu sırasıyla; 510 adet ile Chenopodium album L. (Sirken), 106 adet ile Rumex crispus L. (Kıvırcık labada), 66 adet ile Polygonum aviculare L. (Çoban değneği), 18 adet ile Amaranthus retroflexus L. (Kırmızı köklü tilki kuyruğu) ve 15 adet ile Setaria verticillata L. P. B. (Yapışkan ot) tohumları ve diğerleri takip etmiştir.

This study wascarried out in 2021-2022 to determine the weed seed density in alfalfa seeds; It was carried out by taking 64 samples of alfalfa seeds produced in 2021 by seed companies operating as seed producers in Konya in Aksaray and Konya provinces, and 94 samples at the certification stage. In the results of working; 37 weed species belonging to 14 families were determined in the samples taken before screening. In these identified species, the Poaceae family contains the highest number of weed species. It was determined that Cuscuta campetsris Yuncker. (Field dodder) was the most frequently mixed weed species numerically with 58,011 in 64 alfalfa seed samples of 20 g taken from Aksaray and Konya provinces before screening. This in order; Cuscuta approximata Bab. (Smalseed dodder) with 40,299 pcs, Chenopodium album L. (Common lamb's quarters) with 15,694 pcs, Setaria verticillata L. P. B. (Bristly foxtail) with 3,762 pcs, Rumex crispus L. (Curly dock) with 3,046 pcs, Amaranthus retroflexus L. (Redroot pigweed) with 2,236 pcs, Lactuca serriola L. (Oil lettuce) with 1,085 pcs ve Polygonum aviculare L. (Prastrate kotweed) with 925 pcs seeds and others. In the samples taken at the certification stage, 17 weed species belonging to 11 families were determined. In these identified species, the Poaceae family contains the highest number of weed species. It has been determined that Cuscuta campetsris Yuncker. (Field dodder) is the most frequently mixed weed species numerically, with 1,661, in 94 alfalfa seed samples of 50 g taken at the certification stage from Aksaray and Konya provinces.
