Özet

Nur süresi, Allah'ın kitabındaki büyük surelerden biridir; çünkü birçok hadiseler, önemli yargılar, ahlâkî, eğitimsel, insanî değerleri içermektedir. Tıpkı yegâne yaratıcı olan Allah'ın azametini ve O'nun, mahlukâttaki kudretini sözkonusu ettiği gibi. İbrahim b. Muhammed b. İsa el-Meymûnî'nin (ö.1079/1488) Mecmeü'lhikem isimli tefsirinin tahkik ve tahlili adlı bu çalışma, nur suresinden birkaç ayetin tefsirini ihtiva etmektedir. Hacmi, 35, 36, 37, 38. âyetlerle sınırlıdır. Bu tefsir ayetlerin tefsirinde birçok luğavî, tefsirî, mantıkî incelikleri ihtiva etmesi ve müellifin bir meselede görüşleri sunarken tercihe layık olanı dile getirmesi, yine eserin sarf, nahiv, mantık kaideleri, belâgat sanatları ve kıraat vecihlerini ihtiva etmes bakmından önemlidir. Yine İmam Meymûnî'nin akli ilimlerde lügat ilminde ve tefsirde de öne çıkan ilmî konumu bu eseri önemli kılmaktadır. Ayrıca ilmini Şems Remlî, Ganimî, Lekkâni el-Malikî, Hafâcî, Şenvâni vb. asrının büyük âlimlerinden alması ve kendisinden Vefâî, Tarihçi Bağdâdî, vb. birçok alimin ilim alması da eserinin önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Meymûnî; İmam, Allâme, Fehhâme lakaplarını hak etmiştir. Nitekim Muhibbî ve başkaları onu böyle vasıflandırmışlardır. Ayrıca müellifin bu ilmî konumu, asrındaki devlet erkanının dikkatinden kaçmamıştır. Özellikle vezir Gazi Paşa bu şerhin yazımını kendisinden isemiştir. Bu araştırma, Meymûnî'yi ve metodunu tanıtma, O'nun muradına uygun olarak ilmî bir tahkikle eserinin metnini tahkik etmeyi hedeflemiştir. Araştırmanın hedefine uygun olarak müellifin biyografisine ayrılan bölümde onun hayatı, ilmi kişiliği ve kitabının tanıtımına betimlemeli bir uslupla yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın tahkik kısmında metnin yazım ve zaptında nüshalar karşılaştırılmış ve ileri sürülen görüşlerin kaynağı verilmiştir. Genel olarak İSAM'ın (İslam Araştırmaları Merkezi) metodunu esas almıştır. Araştırmada iki nüsha takip edilmiştir. Birisi Msır'daki Daru'l-Kütübi'l-Mısriyye nüshası diğeri Türkiye'deki Yeni Cami kütüphanesi nüshasıdır. Bu araştırma sonucunda müellifin, ayetlerin yorumu konusunda kendinden önceki açıklamalarla yetinmediği, bilakis onların görüşlerini kavradığı, metinlerini analiz ettiği, oradaki muşkil ifadeleri açıkladığı görülmüştür. Örneğin: Beyzavî ve kendisine haşiye yazan Sa'dî gibi alimlerin görüşlerini bazen tenkit etmiş, bazen de delil ve ictihadı doğrultusunda ayetlerin manasına uygun gördüğünü tercihte bulunmuştur. Müellifin bu eseri,“nur”lafzı ile ilgili tefsir kaynaklarında varid olan görüş ve manaları serdetmede önemli bir kaynaktır. Müellif, bu konudaki görüşleri ve yorumları tefsirin ana kaynaklarından sayılan Zemahşerî'nin Keşşâfı, Begavî, Nesefi, Razî ve Beyzavî'nin tefsiri, Tîbî, Teftezanî, Zekeriya el-Ensarî, Sa'dî Efendi gibi meşhur şerh ve haşiyelere dayanmıştır. Bunun yanında hadis, lügat ve mantık kaynaklarını kullanmıştır.

Surah An-Nur is one of the great surahs in the Book of God Almighty, because it deals with many important events and issues, moral, educational and human values. It also includes talk about the greatness of the Creator and a statement of His power over creatures. This study which is called:“”Tafsir Majma' al-Hikam": Interpretation of two verses from An-Nur Surah (God is the Light of the Heavens and the Earth) by Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Isa Al-Maimoni (d. 1079 AH-1488 AD) deals with the interpretation of verses from Surat Al-Nur, and its scope is limited to verses (35/36/37/38). The importance of this interpretation comes from the fact that it contains many comments in the field of interpretation, language, and logic. The author mentions the most correct of the sayings in it, and it also includes an explanation of Al-Badi', rhetorical improvements, and grammatical issues. And morphology and aspects of readings. The importance of the study also comes from the scholarly status of Imam Al-Maymouni, who excelled in addition to interpretation and language in the rational sciences, and received knowledge from the great scholars of his time such as Al-Shams Al-Ramli, Al-Ghunaimi, Al-Laqani AlMaliki, Al-Khafaji, Al-Shinawani, and others. Many scholars graduated from him, such as Al-Wafa'i, Al-Baghdadi the Historian, and others, so Al-Maymouni deserved the title of Imam. The scholar, the understanding one, as described by Al-Muhibbi and others. His good relationship with the princes of his time and his high status among them are also not hidden, especially Minister Ghazi Pasha, who asked him to write this explanation. The study aims to introduce Al-Maimoni and his approach to the book and to investigate the text scientifically as its author intended. In order for the study to achieve its objectives, the historical descriptive approach was followed in the study section when translating the author, introducing his biography and scientific history, and introducing his book, and the method of investigation and commentary was followed in the verified section when copying the text, controlling it, comparing its copies, and attributing the sayings to their meanings, it's based on the method of ISAM (Islamic Research Center). Two written copies were relied upon, the first being the Dar al-Kutub copy. The Egyptian Library in Egypt, and the second is a copy of the Yeni Cami Library in Turkey. The study reached several results, the most notable of which are: The author was not satisfied with the interpretations of those who preceded him in explaining the verses, but rather he absorbed their opinions, deconstructed their expressions, and pointed out the problem with them, as he did in his quotes from Al-Baydawi and commentators on his interpretation, such as the explanation of Al-Saadi and others. He also criticized their words at times and chose the more correct one that suits the meaning of the verses according to what the evidence and his diligence lead him to. The book is an important reference on some issues, such as the sayings contained in the pronunciation of the word (light) and its meanings, and what the books mentioned in their interpretation, and a review of all the sayings mentioned on the issue. In addition to the rich sources that he relied on in his explanation, including the most important books of interpretation, such as Al-Kashshaf by Al-Zamakhshari, his commentary on Al-Taybi, the interpretation of Al-Baghawi, Al-Nasafi, Al-Razi, Tafsir Al-Baydawi, and his explanations, such as the commentary on Al-Taftazani, the commentary on Zakaria Al-Ansari, and the commentary on Saadi Effendi, in addition to books on hadith, language, and logic. In general, the book is rich in its scientific material, as well as its style and content.
