Özet
Küreselleşmeyle birlikte doğal kaynakların tüketimi hızlanmıştır. Bu sebeple çevrenin korunabilmesi ve toplum refahını sağlamak için sürdürülebilirlik kavramı ortaya çıkmıştır. Ülkemizde de önemli bir yere sahip olan kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik son zamanlarda işletmelerin de önem verdiği konular arasına dahil olmuştur. Bu çalışma da işletmelerin sürdürülebilirlik raporlarında yer alan etik ve yolsuzluk ile mücadele kavramları Küresel Raporlama Girişimi (Global Reporting Initiative – GRI) standartları çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Söz konusu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi olan yazılı materyal incelemesi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, BİST imalat sektöründe yer alan işletmelerin sürdürülebilirlik raporlarındaki etik ve yolsuzlukla mücadele kavramlarının GRI raporlamalarına uyum düzeyini belirlemektir. İmalat sektöründe yer alan 173 işletmeden sadece 35 adedi sürdürülebilirlik raporu yayınlamaktadır. Sürdürülebilirlik raporu yayınlayanların işletmelerin 32 adedi etik ve yolsuzlukla mücadeleye yer vermektedir. Bu doğrultuda işletmelerin sürdürülebilirlik raporlarındaki etik ve yolsuzlukla mücadeleye yer verme oranları %18,49 olarak belirlenmiştir.

With globalization, consumption of natural resources has accelerated. For this reason, the concept of sustainability has emerged in order to protect the environment and ensure public welfare. Corporate sustainability, which has an important place in our counrty, has recently, become one of the issues that organizations attach importance to. Organizations that care about corporate sustainability consider the economic, social and anvironmental dimensions of sustainability at equal level. In this study the concepts of ethics and combating corruption, which are included in the sustainability reports of the organizations, were examined within with the framework of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI Standarts). Written material analysis, which is a qualitative research method, was used in the study. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of compliance of the ethics and anti-corruption concepts in the sustainability reports of the organizations in the BIST manufacturing sector with the GRI reports. Only 35 out of 173 enterprises in the manufacturing sector publish sustainability reports. 32 of the businesses that publish sustainability reports cover ethics and anti-corruption. In this regard, the rate of companies including ethics and anti-corruption in their sustainability reports was determined as 18.49%. The purpose of this study is to determine the compliance level of the ethics and anti-corruption concepts in the sustainability reports of the enterprises in the BIST manufacturing sector with the GRI Standarts. It has been determined that the enterprises in the manufacturing sector do not comlpy with the sustainability reports GRI Standarts. More than %50 of organizations do not include ethics and anti-corruption in their sustainability reports
