Özet
Bu çalışma, Hakkari ilinde görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik düzeylerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Tükenmişlik, iş stresi, iş yükü ve iş memnuniyeti gibi faktörlerle ilişkilendirilen bir psikolojik durumdur ve öğretmenler gibi insan ilişkileri yoğun bir meslek grubunda sıklıkla görülür. Araştırmanın verileri, Hakkari ilindeki farklı okullarda görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinden anketler aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Anketler, Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği (Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri) ve işle ilgili diğer değişkenleri içeren soruları içermektedir. Hakkari ilindeki beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik düzeyleri öğretmenlerin iş stresi ve yorgunluk hissi yaşadıkları çerçevesinde bulgulara ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma, beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin iş stresinin yüksek olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Özellikle ders programı düzenlemeleri, fiziksel aktivitelerin yönetimi ve öğrenci davranışları gibi faktörler stres kaynakları olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma, beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin iş memnuniyetinin düşük olduğunu göstermektedir. Öğretmenler, çalışma koşullarından ve kaynak eksikliğinden dolayı işlerinden memnun değillerdir. Cinsiyet ve deneyim düzeyi araştırmanın sonuçlarını etkileyen faktörler olarak belirlenmiştir. Kadın öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik düzeyi daha yüksekken, deneyimli öğretmenlerin daha düşük tükenmişlik düzeyine sahip olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Hakkari ilinde beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu ve iş stresi ile iş memnuniyetsizliği arasında önemli bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. Bu bulgular, bu öğretmenlerin çalışma koşullarının iyileştirilmesi ve psikolojik destek sağlanması gerektiğini vurgulamaktadır. Bu şekilde öğretmenlerin daha sağlıklı bir çalışma ortamında daha iyi performans göstermeleri ve öğrencilerine daha iyi hizmet vermeleri sağlanabilir. Bu araştırmada, Hakkari ilinde liselerde görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerin tükenmişlik düzeylerinin belirlenmesini amaçladığı için, var olan durumu betimleyici niteliğe en uygun model olduğu düşünülen tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın evrenini, 2022-2023 öğretim yılında, Hakkari ilinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı resmî liselerde görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Hakkari İli merkez ve ilçelerinde, Hakkari İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü verilerine göre, 33 lise bulunmaktadır. Bu okullarda görev yapan 150 beden eğitimi öğretmeni çalışmanın evrenini oluşturmaktadır. Bu okulların tamamına anketler gönderilmesi planlanmaktadır. Toplamda 33 okulda çalışan öğretmenlerin toplamı 150'dir. Geriye dönen geçerli anket sayısı 150'dir. Bu sayı aynı zamanda çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır.

This study aims to examine the burnout levels of physical education teachers working in Hakkari province. Burnout is a psychological condition associated with factors such as job stress, workload and job satisfaction, and is frequently seen in a professional group with intense human relations, such as teachers. The data of the research were collected through surveys from physical education teachers working in different schools in Hakkari province. The surveys included questions on the Maslach Burnout Scale (Maslach Burnout Inventory) and other work-related variables. It was tried to reach findings about the burnout levels of physical education teachers in Hakkari province within the framework of the teachers' feelings of work stress and fatigue. The study reveals that physical education teachers' job stress is high. In particular, factors such as curriculum arrangements, management of physical activities and student behavior were identified as sources of stress. Research shows that physical education teachers have low job satisfaction. Teachers are dissatisfied with their jobs due to working conditions and lack of resources. Gender and experience level were determined as factors affecting the results of the research. It has been observed that female teachers have higher burnout levels, while experienced teachers have lower burnout levels. It was found that the burnout levels of physical education teachers in Hakkari province were high and there was a significant relationship between job stress and job dissatisfaction. These findings emphasize the need to improve the working conditions of these teachers and provide psychological support. In this way, teachers can perform better in a healthier working environment and provide better service to their students. In this research, since it aims to determine the burnout levels of physical education teachers working in high schools in Hakkari province, the survey model, which is thought to be the most suitable model to describe the current situation, was used. The population of this study consists of physical education teachers working in public high schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Hakkari province in the 2022-2023 academic year. According to the data of Hakkari Provincial Directorate of National Education, there are 33 high schools in the center and districts of Hakkari Province. 150 physical education teachers working in these schools constitute the population of the study. It is planned to send surveys to all of these schools. The total number of teachers working in 33 schools is 150. The number of valid surveys returned is 150. This number also constitutes the sample of the study.
