Özet
Bu tezde, ergen dindarlığı araştırma konusu olarak ele alınmıştır. Tezin giriş kısmında araştırmanın konusu, amacı ve önemine değinilmiştir. Dini tutum, dindarlık ve ergenlik dönemi ile alakalı kavramsal çerçeve oluşturularak literatüre dair bilgiler verilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın araştırma evrenini, İstanbul'daki bazı lise ve üniversitelerde eğitim gören 17-20 yaş aralığındaki geç ergenler oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem seçiminde olasılıksız örnekleme yöntemlerinden biri olan kota örneklemesi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, 2023 – 2024 eğitim öğretim yılı lise ve üniversite eğitimi gören 600 gençten oluşmaktadır. Nicel araştırmalarda en çok kullanılan veri toplama araçlarından biri olan bir ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen ölçeğin adı“Ergenlik Dönemi Dindarlık Ölçeği (EDDÖ)”dir. İstatistiksel işlemler IBM SPSS Statistics 22 programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik testleri yapıldıktan sonra katılımcılara anket tekniği kullanılarak uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular ışığında ölçek maddeleri, ölçek faktörleri ve katılımcıların genel dini tutumları yorumlanmış, hipotezler değerlendirilmiştir. Geç ergenlerin dini tutumlarının bağımsız değişkenlere göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını tespit etmeye çalıştığımız bu tezde dini tutumlar ve bağımsız değişkenler arasında genel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

In this thesis, adolescent religiosity is taken as a research topic. In the introduction of the thesis, the subject, purpose and importance of the research are mentioned. A conceptual framework related to religious attitude, religiosity and adolescence is created and information about the literature is given. The research universe of this study consists of late adolescents between the ages of 17-20 who are studying in some high schools and universities in Istanbul. Quota sampling, one of the improbable sampling methods, was used in sample selection. The sample of the study consists of 600 young people studying in high schools and universities in the 2023-2024 academic year. A scale, which is one of the most commonly used data collection tools in quantitative research, was developed. The name of the developed scale is“Adolescent Religiosity Scale (APRS)”. Statistical operations were performed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. After the validity and reliability tests of the scale were performed, it was applied to the participants using the survey technique. In the light of the findings, the scale items, scale factors and the general religious attitudes of the participants were interpreted and the hypotheses were evaluated. In this thesis, in which we tried to determine whether the religious attitudes of late adolescents differ according to the independent variables, it was determined that there was a generally significant difference between religious attitudes and independent variables.
