Özet
Bilim sanat merkezlerinde tüm Türkiye'de aynı müzik eğitimi programı uygulanmaktadır. Bu eğitimleri alan öğrenciler mesleki anlamda uzman eğitmenlerden kendi ilgi alanı ve yeteneğine göre ders almaktadırlar. Bilim sanat merkezlerinde çalışmakta olan öğretmenlerin de bu eğitim kurumlarına sınav ile alındığı dikkat çekmektedir. Bu bağlamda bilim sanat merkezlerinde çalışmakta olan müzik alanındaki eğitimcilerin, bilim sanat merkezlerindeki müzik eğitimi programına ilişkin görüşlerine yönelik bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı bilim sanat merkezlerinde uygulanan müzik eğitimi programının ne olduğu ve uygulanabilirliğine ilişkin müzik eğitimcilerinin fikirlerini açığa çıkarmaktır. Bu araştırma betimsel bir araştırma olup, tarama modelindedir. Nicel verileri elde etmek için 5'li likert ölçeği kullanılacaktır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket tekniği kullanılmış olup, verilen cevaplar frekans ve yüzdeleri ile tablolar halinde yorumlanmıştır. Ankette kullanılan sorular araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanmıştır. Bu sorular 3 uzman tarafından onaylanmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini Türkiye'deki 242 Bilim ve Sanat Merkezinde çalışan 282 müzik öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise 103 müzik öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Bilim ve Sanat Merkezleri müzik öğretmeni sayılarına ve okul bilgilerine Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'nın resmi internet sayfasından ulaşılmıştır. İstenen bazı bilgilerin MEB resmi sayfasında bulunmaması durumunda ise, telefon görüşmesi ile adı geçen okulun idaresine ulaşılarak bilgiler elde edilmiştir. Bilim Sanat Merkezlerinde uygulanan müzik dersi programının yeterliliğine ilişkin yapılan çalışma sonucunda, öğretmenlerin çoğunluğunun programı, dersleri ve kazanımları yeterli ve uygulanabilir bulduğu ancak bir kısmının da yeterli bulmadığı sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır. Müzik alanı programını öğretmenler için açıklayıcı ve işlevsel bulmayan öğretmenlerin oranı belirleyici düzeyde olup bu da programın geliştirilmesi ve öğretmenler için daha işlevsel hale gelmesi gerektiği yönünde düşündükleri sonucunu vermiştir. Ders saati ve kazanımı yönünde olumlu ve olumsuz düşünceye sahip öğretmenlerin oranları ise benzer seviyede kalmıştır. Ayrıca Bilsem müzik alanı programının revizyona ihtiyacı olduğu ve geliştirilmesi gerektiği sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır.

The same music education programme is applied in science and arts centres all over Turkey. Students receive training from expert instructors according to their interests and abilities. It is also worth noting that teachers working in these centres are admitted through competitive examinations. In this context, a study will be conducted to reveal the opinions of music educators working in science and arts centres about the music education programme. The study aims to reveal music educators' opinions about the music education programme applied in science and arts centres, and its applicability. This descriptive survey-based research study will explore these views. A 5-point Likert scale will be used to obtain quantitative data. Questionnaires were used as the data collection tool in this study, and the responses were summarised in tables showing frequencies and percentages. The questions in the questionnaire were prepared by the researcher. These were approved by three experts. The study population consists of 282 music teachers working in 242 science and art centres in Turkey. The study sample consists of 103 music teachers. Information about the number of music teachers and the schools in which they work was obtained from the official website of the Ministry of National Education. If some of the requested information was unavailable on the Ministry's website, a phone call was made. This research will be conducted with music teachers working in science and art centres. As there is usually only one BILSEM in provinces other than big cities, the number of provinces to be researched has been kept high to ensure a high number of participants. Tables and graphs will be created using the data collected during the research. These will then be evaluated and presented. The results and recommendations will be compiled and presented in the final part of the study. The study on the adequacy of the music curriculum in Science and Art Centres concluded that most teachers found the curriculum, lessons and achievements adequate and applicable. However, some teachers did not find it adequate. A decisive proportion of teachers found the music curriculum neither descriptive nor functional, resulting in the conclusion that it should be improved to make it more useful for teachers. The proportions of teachers with positive and negative opinions about lesson hours and learning outcomes remained similar. Additionally, it was concluded that the Bilsem music programme requires revision and improvement.
