Özet
André Gide'in“bazı sözcüklerin insan yaşamında söz sahibi olduklarını ve bir iç düşüncenin doğuşu için kaynak oluşturduklarını”ileri süren özgün belirlemesi, tez çalışmamızın ana izleğini oluşturan sorumluluk kavramının temellendirilmesinde ufuk açıcı bir tutamak noktası olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, insanlığın tinsel evrim sürecinde kazandığı başarılara yönelik farkındalık yaratması açısından sorumluluk kavramının tarihsel öznenin yaşamında söz sahibi olduğu ve tarihsel oluşa müdahale edebilecek türsel olanakları haiz olması nedeniyle yapıp etmelerini değer yaratacak şekilde düzenleyen bir iç düşünceye kaynaklık ettiği savlanmaktadır. Çalışmamız; hesap verebilirliğe dayalı, bir yasanın ya da normun ölçüt olarak kullanıldığı veya sözleşmesel yükümlülüklerden kaynaklanan bir sorumluluğu değil, eyleyenin kendiyle kurduğu etik ilişki bağlamında, türe özgü olanakları insanlaşma idealine yönelik kullanma bilincini edinmiş olan tarihsel öznenin üstlendiği varoluşsal sorumluluğu nesne edinmektedir. Tez çalışmamızın temel savı, postmodernizm ile neoliberal akılsallığın birlikte ürettiği vasatlık kültürünün kaçınılmaz sonucu olan kayıtsızlığın toplumsal gerçekliğin vazgeçilemez unsuru haline geldiği çağımızda, tarihselliğin doğrudan sorumluluğa evrilen bir varlık koşulu olarak değerlendirilemeyeceği ve sorumluluk bilincinin gelişiminde zarafet kavramının vazgeçilmez olduğudur. Zarafet fenomeni bu çalışmada; hayatını inandığı ülküye adama cesaretini gösterebilen, insan başarılarına mukabele etmeyi yaşam uğraşının merkezine yerleştiren ve hayatın bir tür“armağan mübadelesi”olarak sürdürülmesi gerektiğine inanan tarihsel özneye ait türsel bir olanak olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bu tez çalışması, söz konusu olanağın hayata geçirilmesi için gerekli olan tinsel donanımı genç kuşaklara kazandırma amacı taşıyan bir eğitim dizgesinin felsefi altyapısına yönelik mütevazı bir çözümleme denemesidir.

André Gide's unique perspective that certain words have a say over one's life and constitute a source for the emergence of an inner thought, has become the reference point for the justification of the notion of responsibility which is the main theme of this thesis. The notion of responsibility has a say over the historical subject's life insofar as it creates an awareness on the achievements that have been obtained within the spiritual evolution of mankind. Stemming from the fact that the historical subject has been equipped with species-specific capacities that enable him to intervene in the historical occurence of events, the notion of responsibility constitutes a source for the emergence of an inner thought towards value creation. The notion of responsibility based on accountability, contractual obligation or a regulation/norm used as a measurement criterion, is not taken into consideration in this study. Instead, this thesis takes as object the existential responsibility of the historical subject who has acquired the conscience of using his species-specific capacities towards humanisation ideals within the context of an ethical relationship with one's self. In today's world, indifference being the unavoidable result of a mediocrity culture produced by postmodernism and neoliberal rationality, has become the indispensable element of social reality. This thesis asserts that it is not possible to consider historicity as a condition of existence which directly evolves to responsibility without acknowledging the indispensable contribution of the notion of grace. In this thesis, the phenomenon of grace is depicted as a species-specific capacity of the historical subject who demonstrates the courage to dedicate his life to the ideal he believes in, who prioritizes reciprocating past human achievements and who believes that one's life should be led in the form of a gift exchange. This thesis is a modest effort to analyse the philosophical infrastructure of an educational system which aims to equip young generations with the necessary values needed for bringing to life the capacity of grace.
