Özet
Gerek estetik gerekse var olanı dondurarak ölümsüzleştiren bir medya aracı olan fotoğraf, hem sanat hem de iletişimde kullanılan bir araçtır. Fotoğrafçılık ise başlı başına bir sanattır. Fotoğrafçı görsel kültür, güzel sanatlar ve görsel iletişim , kültür, estetik, yöntem, teknik ve malzemeler konusunda bilgi sahibidir. Ülkemizde fotoğrafçılık belli başlı alanlara ayrılmıştır. Fakat bu bölümlerin bazıları henüz hala yeterli önem ve farkındalığa sahip değildir. Bizim üzerine değineceğimiz fotoğrafçılık türü ise doğum fotoğrafçılığı olacaktır. Bununla birlikte Doğum fotoğrafçısı nasıl olunur , teknik detayları nelerdir , doğum fotoğrafçılığı yapılırken nelere dikkat edilmelidir, etik kurallar nelerdir şeklinde işleyeceğiz.

Photography, which is both aesthetic and a media tool that immortalizes the existing by freezing, is a tool used in both art and communication. Photography is an art in itself. The photographer has knowledge of visual culture, fine arts and visual communication, culture, aesthetics, methods, techniques and materials. In our country, photography is divided into certain areas. But some of these sections still do not yet have enough importance and awareness. The type of photography we will touch on is Birth Photography. Birth photography, which is a type of photography known and applied in the world, is not known enough in our country, but the part that exists is not valued very much. It is aimed to underline why this process, which is communication and visual art, should gain importance in Turkey, how to become a birth photographer, what it requires from an ethical point of view, who are the known important birth photographers in the world and in Turkey, how this photography was born and the functioning of these commercially institutionalized works.
