Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı, Kars ilinde faaliyet gösteren küçük ve orta boy imalat işletmelerinin karşılaştıkları finansal sorunları tespit etmek ve çözüm önerileri geliştirmektir. Bu amaçla, ildeki küçük ve orta boy işletmeler belirlenerek anket ve yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile finansal sorunlar tespit edilemeye çalışılmıştır. Anketlerden elde edilen sonuçlar ki-kare analiz yöntemiyle aralarında anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Anket sonuçlarında p<0,001 önem seviyesinde anlamlı bir fark ortaya çıkmıştır. Üç bölümden oluşan bu araştırma, birinci bölümde küçük ve orta boy işletmeler hakkında tanıtıcı bilgiler verilmiş, ikinci bölümde Kars ilinin genel tanıtımı, ilin sosyo ve ekonomik yapısıyla ilgili bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise, ildeki küçük ve orta boy işletmelerin finansal sorunlarının tespitine yönelik olarak uygulanan anket çalışması ile ilgili sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç kısmında, anket çalışması sonucu elde edilen sorunlara ilişkin olarak çözüm önerileri geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. rv

SUMMARY The aim of this study is to determine the financial problems of the small and midium size interprises functioning in Kars province and develop some suggestions of solution. In this study the small and medium size interprises were determined and the financial problems were tried to be determied by mems of questionnaires and few to face meeting the results obtuined from the questionnaires were evaluted by by k-square analysis metlod and it was tried to determine mather there was a significant difference between Them. A significant difference as found p<0,001 depending on the result of the questionnaire. In this study, which is composid of three chapters, information on small and midium size interprises have been in the first chapter, in the second chapter general introduction, of Kars province has been given and the infornation related with the socio, economical structure of the provinc has been given. In the third chapter, the result of the questionnaire has been evoluated related with the determination of the financial problems of the small and midium sizde interprises in the provine. In the conclusion chapter the solution suggestions have been given dependig on the problems determind as a result of the questionaire. V
