Özet
100 ÖZET Hastaneler kuruluş amaçları olan teşhis, tedavi veya rehabilitasyon hizmetlerini yerine getirirken kaliteden ödün vermeden kıt kaynaklarını en etkin ve en verimli şekilde kullanmaya çalışırlar. Bu bağlamda maliyetlerini tespit edebilmelerinin kaynak kullanımında kendilerine fayda sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle hastane ve maliyet muhasebesi unsurları incelenmiş akabinde örnek uygulama yapılmıştır. Çalışmada Gazi Üniversitesi Kardiyoloji Bölümü için maliyet muhasebesi yöntemleri kullanılarak hesaplamalar yapılmıştır. Çalışma dört ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Hastane ve genel bilgiler adını taşıyan birinci bölümde; hastane işletmelerinin tanımı özellikleri, hizmetlerin sınıflandırılması, hastane işletmelerinin gruplandırılması ve hastane sistemi hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölüm maliyet muhasebesi genel esasları adını taşımakla birlikte; bu bölümde muhasebe bilgi sistemi ile ilgili temel tanım ve yöntemler sunulmuştur. Hastane işletmelerinde maliyet muhasebesi uygulamaları başlığını sahip olan üçüncü bölüm; hastane işletmelerindeki gider türlerini, hastane işletmelerinde uygulana bilinecek maliyet muhasebesi yöntemlerini içermektedir. Dördüncü bölüm ise diğer üç bölüm doğrultusunda Gazi Üniversitesi Hastanesi Kardiyoloji Bölümünde gerçekleştirilen örnek uygulamayı sunmaktadır.

101 SUMMARY The aim of the hospital foundations are diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitations. The Hospitals to spend their insufficient sources for this services while on this point the important thing is effectiveness and efficiency. Accordingly fixing the cost are important for the resources utilization, in this thesis primarly the hospitals and the cost accounting elements examined and than practical application complated. This thesis contents the cost accunting practises for the Gazi University Hospital Cardiology Department. This thesis has four main chapters. The first chapter heading is the hospitals and the general knowledges. This chapter includes definitions for the hospitals, specifications, categorizations, to seperate in to groups and the general knowledges. The Second chapter heading is the general principles for the cost accounting. This chapter includes the accounting knowledge system concerning the main definitions and the methods. The third chapter heading is the cost accounting practices for the hospital organizations. This chapter includes the expences for the hospital organizations and the cost accounting practices for the hospitals. The fourth chapter heading is the sample practice for the Gazi University Hospital Cardiology Department. This chapter includes the cost accounting practices.
