Özet
Günümüzün yogun rekabet ortamında isletmeler yasamlarını sürdürebilmekve pazar paylarını koruyabilmek için sürekli olarak rakiplerinden farklılasmageregini duymaktadırlar. Rakiplerden farklılasmanın baslıca araç ve yöntemlerindenbiri sunulan satıs sonrası hizmetler olup, bu yoldan müsteri memnuniyeti saglanmayaçalısılmaktadır. Bu tez çalısmasında, ?ürünün kullanım süresinde tüketicimemnuniyetinin saglanması için, bu memnuniyet sürecinin önceden kısıtlamadan,satıs sözlesmesinde belirtilen veya belirtilmeyen, ücretli veya ücretsiz her türlüfaaliyetin isleme konulması? olarak tanımlanabilen satıs sonrası hizmetler müsterimemnuniyetinin ve bu yoldan da müsteri sadakatinin saglanmasındaki önemli rolünedeniyle seçilmis ve incelenmistir.Konu dört bölümde ele alınmıstır: Birinci bölümde, sırasıyla hizmetlerinmahiyeti, sınıflandırılması, özellikleri ve kalitesi incelenmistir. kinci bölümde üründestek hizmetleri ve bu hizmetlerin bir unsuru olan satıs sonrası hizmetlerinmahiyeti, yararları ve kapsamı gözden geçirilmistir. Üçüncü bölümde dayanıklıtüketim mallarında satıs sonrası hizmetler konusu ele alınarak, dayanıklı tüketimmallarında satıs sonrası hizmetlerin örgüt yapısı, hizmet sunucuları, satıs sonrasıhizmetlerde kalite ve müsteri memnuniyeti konuları ayrıntılı olarak incelenmis,sonra da, Türkiye'de bu konuyla ilgili mevcut yasal düzenlemeler üzerindedurulmustur. Dördüncü bölümde ise, dayanıklı tüketim mallarında satıs sonrasıhizmetlerle ilgili bir uygulama çalısması olarak örnek olay incelemesi yapılmıstır.Türkiye'de beyaz esya sektörünün önde gelen isletmelerinden birinde satıs sonrasıhizmetlerin nasıl uygulandıgı çesitli yönleriyle gözden geçirilmistir.Uygulamaya yönelik incelemenin yöntemi, örnek olay monografisi olup,kullanılan araç ise yüzyüze görüsmedir. Bu çalısmada örnek olay olarak ele alınanisletmede satıs sonrası hizmetlere gereken önemin verildigi, yeterince benimsendigive olması gereken sekilde uygulandıgı saptanmıstır.

In today?s high competition atmosphere, firms must be different from theircompetitors, due to the reason to continue their life and protect their market share.One of the method to be different from the competitors is; to give after sale servicesto the customers to get full customer satisfaction. This thesis studies after saleservices; the meaning of after sale service is ?during the time of product use to getcustomer satisfaction, the free service or paid service to the customer which ismentioned or not mentioned on the sales contract.?? The after sale service is the mainrole to get customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Due to this reason the aftersale service is selected and examined as the subject of this thesis study.The subject is divided on four chapter: Chapter one examines; the meaning ofservices, characteristics of services, classification of services and quality of services.Chapter two examines; the services given the customer with the product as after saleservice, the advantage and content of after sales service. Chapter three researchs indetail of the after sale service on the duriable goods. The organization managementof the after sale service, the service suppliers, the quality of the services and thecustomer satisfaction are studied in this chapter. After that the recent laws about theafter sale service is clearified. Chapter four researchs the case study on the after saleservice on the duriable goods. On this case study, we studied the after sales servicemethod which is used on one of the biggest white goods manufacturer in Turkey.The examination method of practice is the monograph of the case study.During this examination the method of interview is used. The conclusion of this casestudy, the firm of the case study understands the importance of the after sale service.The firm is giving the suitable after sale service.
