Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı; İnönü Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin liderlik yönelimleri ve öz güven davranışlarının incelenmesidir. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırmanın evrenini İnönü Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi Ve Spor Yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören 943 öğrenci, örneklemi ise 726 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Bolman ve Deal (1991) tarafından geliştirilen ve Türkçeye uyarlanması Dereli (2003) tarafından yapılan ''Liderlik Yönelim Ölçeği'' ile Akın (2007) tarafından geliştirilen“Öz Güven Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Öğrencilerin cinsiyet, sınıf ve yaş değişkeni ile liderlik yönelimleri ölçeği puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı (p˃.05), ancak bölüm, spor yılı ve spor branşı değişkenleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olduğu bulunmuştur (p

Analysis of Leadership Orientations and Self-Confidence Behaviors of Physical Education and Sports School Students Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the leadership orientations and self-confidence behaviors of the students of İnönü University School of Physical Education and Sports Materials and Methods: The universe of the study was composed of 943 students in İnönü University School of Physical Education and Sports and the sample of the study was composed of 726 students from the same school.
